On the Spot Automotive Detailing

Very expensive for below average work. The interior carpets were vacuumed, but left the dirt in the door, the seat track (very visible due to set up of car), the back door cup holders. They also didn't vacuum the trunk thoroughly. It looked like they didn't do it at all, honestly. I really expected better for ~2 hours of work and $200. Also they were unclear about the estimate time of arrival... a two hour window of when they might show up seems excessive and hard to plan my day around.

Excellent Service!!! Great teams of hard workers with great attitudes! The best detail company I have ever used. I used to detail cars and I can say they are awesome! Flexible scheduling, and easy to pay and tip via cc when they are done.

From the first phone call to schedule the appointment I knew I had found a unicorn place. The gentleman who scheduled our appointment was so friendly when I got off the call my son said, every call you make to a business should sound like that and I couldn't agree more. The two people that came out to complete the detail worked tirelessly for over 6 hours in 100 degree heat to completely transform our vehicles. With dogs and kids we badly needed a refresh. Can't recommend this company enough!

They came right to my house to take care of my car. And she needed it. She had been driven back and forth across the country two times in 12 weeks. On The Spot washed and waxed and cleaned the wheels and shined the tires. They did the windows inside and out. They did the vents and the dash! They vacuumed everything and shampooed the floor mats. They managed to get every bug in the Midwest off of my car! The only things I didn't like was the air freshener they used, did not like the smell; and whatever they used to shampoo the mats seemed to make the bottom of my husband's shoes restain the mat almost immediately. Will definitely be using them again, only I will ask a few more questions first.

This experience was fully a dream come true! Your car can too be cleaner than you imagined in a few easy steps: Call up some guys, give car keys, come back to a beautifully clean car, pay, and give big tip.Here on Yelp you can scroll through photo and see tons of expensive and vintage cars that have been detailed, they detail regular mom and pop cars too! Our car, albeit, only TWO years old looked like it was TEN years old because of our two small foodies. These guys came to my work, got to business, and went home with a literal sparkling clean car with minimal effort. It really was an excellent experience and they went over and beyond, which is always unexpected. I will fully recommend them and their van of miracles to everyone.

The team had good communication with me when I had any questions. I was hesitant to give my car keys to somebody I didn't know but they took good care of my car and we're trustworthy with it. My car had some staining in the carpets and chair upholstery that did not come out the first time around but when I contacted them and said that it had not been removed they were more than happy to come by and try again free of charge (I tipped). Jeremiah was very helpful as well. I definitely recommend.

I had the worst experience with a repair shop getting grease or oil spots on my seats and needed my seats cleaned and car detailed. I had two of the nicest men show up and they did a fantastic job. They put all my worries at ease. On time, fast, and efficient! I will definitely be calling them again in the near future!

Detailing a car should take a particular person and extreme detail to the windows and wheels. I had my F150 details and all the windows are smeared. There was mud on the side rails and the interior was mediocre. If I expect to pay $200 for detailing, then I want to get what I paid for. Heidi disappointed.

Do not take your car to this place for tint! They will lie to you, install the wrong tint and then try to charge you again to fix it. I took my car to them on 3/15 to have tint installed on the windows with the specific instructions that it be AT LEAST as dark as the factory tint on the roof. After they told me they don't have the tools to measure the tint on the roof they said they would match it as best they could to which I replied as long as it's as dark as the roof it will be fine. When I picked it up later that day (it took them over 8 hours to do the job) I was unhappy with the darkness as it was not nearly as dark as I wanted it, but they were closed by the time I got a good look at it. You can see from the attached photo's that it's not even close on the amount of light being filtered out (probably why it took them 8+ hours to tell me it was ready). When I took it back on 3/19 to have him look at it they tell me that they "looked it up online and it says that it's 20% and that it was "the best they could do because they were inside when they looked at the tint." After arguing with me about what my instructions were (they claim that I just told them to match it the best they could) they admitted to me that even though it said 20% online they only put 25% on the car and that if I wanted them to fix it they weren't going to do it for free. Clearly this place does not care about what you ask of them or if you are happy with the results. This was a $400+ job and it's not even close to what I wanted. I only wish I could give 0 stars on this review.
