Everyone was professional and courteous... except whoever runs their patient communication. They are just off putting and often outright lie. More on that later. Office was cluttered but clean. First things first. Initial meeting basically said I was ok to take the at home sleep test. I paid $200 for the meeting and an additional $200 for the sleep study. Sleep study didn't include results, those cost another $200 to get. (We are up to $600 at this point for something you can get for $180 elsewhere)I was given two paths of treatments, one involved more studies (and costs) and one that was treatment focused and cheaper. After that appointment I received a text that said I could either pay them an additional $800 or they will never contact me again. I opted for the cheaper option and asked to do that. Their text support said they uploaded the RX. They didn't. Two weeks later and several phone calls I learn it didn't exist yet. Text support stops responding. I call and the lady was able to help me right away after I pay another bill that I thought I had already paid. (The $200 I paid for the sleep study didn't include learning the results of the sleep study)They finally get it together and send it over. I received zero guidance on what to get, zero follow ups, zero how is it going. Nothing. This is my first time with a sleep clinic... but I don't think this is normal care. I basically paid $600 for the right to google and guess what I need. I literally had to google what cpap machine to get and what mask is good. Zero input or guidance from omnisleep. There are other places in town, I would skip this place if you can. It's a money grab with no real concern for patients. None of the doctors I talked to were sleep specialists. One was a pediatrician and the other a family medicine NP. The doctor who interpreted my sleep study is from a different state and I never spoke to them once. Once they found out I was uninterested in spending thousands of dollars for repeating studies they ceased communication. Save yourself some headache and just use one of those online companies that cost a fraction of the price. They use the same tools and you still do a telehealth appointment just like this place. It is just a third of the price. Oh and they gave me an estimate that was substantially cheaper than what they charged me. Despite it all being out of pocket.

Another clinic that provides mediocre service. I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea in Mississippi, and I had my records sent to the Sleep Clinic twice prior to my appointment. Assuming the clinic would mishandle the reception of the sleep study, I called the clinic prior to my appointment and they stated that they had to study. Of course with my appointment the other day they did not have the sleep study, I only had a part of it. Of course this delays my prescription for cpap, the only thing I need. So now I have to get the records resent, and then I have to wait for the provider to provide orders, and of course it takes several days for an order that takes 2 minutes. What do I say? What do I think? They have a great website, and everyone treats you with appropriate matters at the clinic, however when it comes to getting the job done, it is lacking. It has all the exterior surface but the guts of the operation are not proficient. The provider was aware that the record sent were incomplete and still proceeded with the office visit, knowing that we needed the rest of the records. This easily could have been fixed with Emma attaining the records from mississippi, I would have provided consent and we could have moved forward, however being proactive simply isn't in the Lexicon of this operation. Word to the wise.

Excellent staff and clean facilities.They could use more light in the parking lot since arriving and leaving in the dark I did not feel safe.

I had to find a new provider as the one I had previously closed. I found them to very professional from the first moment I contacted them. I arrive early for my appointment and they were quick to get me my paperwork to complete. The MA came and was friendly and nice. He explained what we were doing as we went through the visit. He also came in at the end and went over things with me. The provider was friendly and nice as well and went through everything step by step and listened when I went through my history. My only complaint was at the end they were very slow in setting up my next visit. They had two different station going working and they did not move quickly.

My first visit I am given a narcolepsy diagnosis based on a sleep study about 2 years old. The provider I see is nice to me and offers to medicate my excessive daytime sleepiness from narcolepsy and hypersomnia. 2nd visit I am told by my provider that she is leaving the practice. She questions my narcolepsy diagnosis and says that I should get a sleep study and says she will refer me to the MD at the practice because of the complexity of my case. She says she would prescribe me meds but can't because she is leaving. 3rd visit I am having serious side effects to the medication they prescribed. I am seen by a new provider, a PA not an MD. This woman questions me about my medicine and interrogates me like a dumb cop trying to make me trip up my words so she can catch me in a lie about my meds. She refuses to prescribe me medication (see picture) until I get another sleep study. She was compassionless and cold. Detail: my nPSG has 5 not 6 hours of sleep prior to the MSLT so the insurance questioned it. Otherwise it is "textbook narcolepsy". I appealed to my insurance because of a prior auth for the med. after an initial denial the medical director of the claims department reviewed my sleep study and confirmed that I required medicine for my excessive daytime sleepiness.

This sleep center is in complete disarray. They did not keep track of any aspect of my care which was considerable. Their record keeping is non-existent and the level of care extremely poor. Better off going to one of the Presbyterian sleep centers. I understand the sleep center in Rio Rancho is very good.

Had my sleep study on 8/5/24 as ordered by Dr. Zeynalov. Had video conference regarding it on 8/19. Doctor wants another study.......nearly two months have passed and still no call from Omnisleep to schedule it. Requested CPAP supply order from Home Medical Equipment (HME) in September......turns out Omnisleep did not submit a supply prescription for me following my sleep study and my current prescription has expired. Today is October 16 and still no supplies.....called HME, who contacted Omnisleep today, as did I.

Horrible and for some reason my google review is not showing up, so I will find a way to repost it. After I waited a month for my appointment and I had planned to make sure my medication and schedule was lined up to be able sleep that night they called me a few days before my appointment to tell me it was "cancelled" because they were short a staff member. They told me I could come in that evening in five hours or that I would be delayed six weeks. No accommodation for me as a priority to schedule another time, although they would tack me on a cancellation list (no mention of priority due to their problem, no mention of how long the list is or the likelihood of needing to wait a month and a half). I understand things happen, but they just stuck me on the bottom of their list and didn't care at all that they were the ones that failed to maintain the schedule and that they were the ones that needed to come up with a solution for that. I would have been flexible but they showed no consideration for me whatsoever. If they had just promised to give me first priority of rebooking until I was able to find a spot that worked I would not have cancelled entirely, but I absolutely will not abide this sort of treatment by a facility that pretends to be medical professionals dealing with health and that has attempted to charge me a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR out of pocket copay only to act like my payment and scheduling commitment is way more important than anything they do on their end. I told the woman on the phone that the time change just happened a few days ago and that I overslept that morning, so sorry, I cannot possibly come in in five hours and go to sleep- maybe if they'd asked me yesterday I could have made sure to get up early and then help them out with their schedule. I was very nice about it, I figured she would get it and come up with something else for me. She glossed over that and tried to get me to do it anyway or just get tacked on in six weeks (would they just do it again? they have no system for dealing with this issue, so NO I won't take that spot). I would think they would be aware that I don't want to pay $500 to take up a spot in their system like a stand-in body who doesn't actually get medical care.Really terrible and I will be referred somewhere else since I no longer have an appointment with them anyway because they cancelled me without putting any effort in to see if someone else could switch. I know they have no-shows, it would have actually been very easy to work with me had they put in any amount of effort at all.

VERY, very difficult to work with. Staff is nice, but you NEVER speak to the same person twice. There are A LOT of calls and texting just to set a simple appointment. OmniSleep offers the opposite of personal health care. If you can make connecting with OmniSleep your top priority, this may work for you. If you have a job, family, ANY COMMITMENT OTHER THAN OMNISLEEP, be prepared to put everything else on hold. If your doctor makes this referral, as what happened to me, ask for another option.

Omni sleep has never ever lived up to their promises.. They have made it almost impossible to get supplies you wait months and no one contacts you.. I recently went off medicaid and on to medicare I knew this was coming So I started back in December in December trying to get my back supplies and the supplies I wasn't titled to it just never happened they never got back to me it's been like a nightmare . I'd be interested if they build my medicaid account for the supplies I never got! I've been as understanding as I can be and yet they have not responded other than go someplace else So now I'm getting my C pap supplies at Amazon. I would think twice about doing business with these people in the future because I certainly won't be
