Olympus is a beautiful property, and with the right Leasing Team could truly live up to its "luxury" branding.The Leasing Team is always very pleasant and friendly and helpful with small things such as getting a key fob switched out or printing documents.Unfortunately, when it comes to any type of customer-service issue, they miss the mark.Late Rent Policy:'I was 3 days late on rent when I first moved in, thinking I had already paid it, and received an Eviction Notice on my door. It informed me that I could no longer pay by check or credit card, even though they had just run a thorough credit & bank account check on my 2 weeks prior. The Eviction Notice required that I go to the bank and get a money order, in the middle of my workday, or be kicked out of this "Luxury" apartment. Just paying the bill was not an option.Maintenance Requests:I often get push backs on Maintenance requests, such as a member of the Leasing Team telling me they can't fix the dryer even though the lint trap was dangerously full of debris. She then suggested I go to the store, buy special products, and fix it myself. Then, why am I paying for Maintenance?Parking:The parking is poorly thought out, and the Leasing Office hides this. They did not explain it when I moved in, but it turns out there are not enough spots per resident. So, on weekends when people are home and may have guests, the parking fills up quickly. I asked several times what I should do in this situation, and was told to park on the busy road (which has no lights on at night) when there wasn't enough parking. I am paying for safety, security and one parking spot per my lease, and this policy is a clear violation of the lease and shady customer service.Noise Complaints:I am a single, quiet professional who runs her own company, and due to COVID rarely have guests. I go to bed around 10 every night, and have never in my life had anyone complain that I am "noisy."A new neighbor moved in recently, and has begun filing ludicrous complaints about me to the Leasing Office.It seems they don't understand the concept of "innocent until proven guilty," and the Leasing Office, Dominique in particular, have been harassing me with calls and emails based on this woman's hearsay alone.She claims to have recorded "my apartment" between 10p-3am, and complains are the television and "someone dropping dumbbells."I am NOT watching TV or exercising in the middle of the night, andit frightens me that she has been so vigilant in "tattling" to the property office,.When I went to introduce myself and have a neighborly chat she yelled at me and refused to open the door.Northpoint has made an error in judgement in allowing someone who shows this behavior to move in, and they have now made me completely anxious and uncomfortable in my own 'luxury" home.I don't recommend living here, unless you like to be treated like a prison inmate or a child, while paying sky-high rent for facilities (pool, hot tub, gym) that you can't even use.

We reserved two places when we decided to move here from Ohio to be near my mother-in-lax who was 87 at the time. She lives in the apartment across the walkway from us and we are now into our third year here. We really love it and enjoy the grounds and the beautiful views that we have. Maintenance and office staff are great and very responsive to all of our needs and requests. We expect to be here for a while.

I really enjoyed the little over a year that I stayed at Olympus Northpoint. I thought the staff was responsive and great. The apartment was beautiful. I loved the upgraded countertops and walk in shower. I had a beautiful view of the mountains, and a front row seat to Balloon Fiesta. You will not find a better apartment complex in ABQ!

Moved here 10 months ago and have had no issues while here. Nothing but positive experiences for myself. Other tenants are very friendly. Management is extremely friendly, professional and helpful!! Area surrounding the apartment is quiet and has great views of Albuquerque. Apartment is very close to freeway but only wish there was a closer shopping center sometimes for convenience. Only unfortunate situation is parking with the apartment complex. Very limited on space. (Only reason to give a 4 stars instead of 5) Thank you Olympus Management!!

Loved that they wore masks, as safety is number one right now, I recently visited their site, also took a tour and it was great very professional and pleasant, Lexy is very professional and knowledgeable at her job, I recommend this complex to anybody that is looking to rent here in Albuquerque New Mexico! Awesome job team keep up the good work.
