Olo Dessert Studio

We stopped by after having lunch in Nob Hill. Having been most recently disappointed with a frozen yogurt chain this visit was refreshing.My husband had his usual chocolate and vanilla and loved it! Frozen yogurt was thick, creamy. I had a mango and watermelon sorbet combo, it was icy, smooth and tasty. Just as I like it. We were particularly happy with the quality and taste compared to some other local offerings. We will be back!

Still has an off putting ambiance in this establishment. To sample the yogurt they essentially have to hand feed you the samples. Not very welcoming overall and the creepy art still hangs making everyone uncomfortable. The service is fine the times I've gone there's an unenthusiastic older gentleman and teenager who I assume is his son. The yogurt is fine there been a slow decline in overall quality over the years. Unfortunately Olo is no longer a fun place to sit and eat your ice cream it's uncomfortable... you feel watched.

Olo is located in Nob Hill and a fantastic local froyo spot with locally inspired flavors on "tap" and an assortment of choose your own toppings. They also offer some to-go options as well as a small assortment of baked goods. It's pay by the ounce and customized to your taste. Lavender froyo say what? I was so excited on my recent visit to find that one of their newest (possibly seasonal) flavors is lavender. It's really such a fun flavor to try. The only downside it trying to figure out which toppings work with it because it doesn't pair well with fruity flavors.

What a cute little bakery! They have such fun options and I really enjoy the interior design. I have a friend who works here, so I came to check it out to say hi and I truly fell in love with this spot! All of their baked goods seem delightful, I purchased the coffee + ice cream drink and it was very tasty, you can choose your own ice cream and the mix is great! They seem to have overall frozen yogurt with SO MANY TOPPINGS! I was tempted to get one just so I could eat the toppings. Overall, it's a cute stop, and the employees seem very kind. The shop has local names for their product and their tea has caught my attention. I'll certainly be back for some peach tea!

After our awesome zoom badge bash and baking class I had to stop in. Unfortunately due to my work schedule I wasn't able to make it during the week as the business hours collided with my work schedule so I couldn't like up my swag bag or the cookie kits. Luckily Verlynda welcomed me in and recognized me from the classes. She walked me through everything they do at Olo.If I would've known sooner they had ice cream I might of stopped by a long time ago. I'd seen the place passing through non hill but never went in so it was cool that we had the class and were able to check out the place to pick up. Again since I didn't get a kit I was able to luckily get some fresh made cookies! I chose to buy 2 of the Olo cookies, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. The cookies had a nice texture. They were not too crunchy and not too soft. They were actually just about right. The Olo had very distinct flavor similar to wedding cookies. That's the best way to describe it, the sprinkles inside were a nice touch. The chocolate chip was the same texture with a good amount of chocolate chips (not too many, and not too little). Verlynda was very polite and friendly. She really brings that place to life. I'm so glad I stopped in and got to meet her in person and check out the place. I'll gladly be returning!

Olo!!!!!I went to pick up my grab-bag for the 2021 elites. I decided to buy some soft serve and cupcakes while I was there, because when in Rome. The soft serve has always been good. I got the cake batter and this time got the pistachio mixed with it. I got 5 cupcakes too. One vegan chocolate. Two strawberry. Two vanilla. I'm disappointed in the strawberry. It was still raw in the middle and the moisture of the rawness made it stick to the cup. The vanilla ones were hard. Like they were made yesterday? The vegan chocolate one was perfection. I'd say if you're in the mood for cupcakes, stick to the other options-- like Q-Cakes (also on Central). Nevertheless, the COVID restrictions were on point here. They put the toppings on for you. They have hand sanitizer that you're *supposed* to use prior to getting your cup for soft serve (but there isn't really enforcement of this). The staff is kind, but is this because they knew I was with Yelp? Everyone was masked and staff wore gloves (but here's the thing if the group of 5 folks that came in after me were not forced or it wasn't enforced to sanitize hands before touching the cups-- once they hand off to staff for topping whatever is on their hands is transmitted). There is a sign, to use the sanitizer, but it is not enforced. Not while I was there. No one wiped the soft serve handles down after I used them either. Here is a very important upside to me though: they have a 10% military discount and the cake batter soft serve is always amazing. They have an awesome points system. The staff has always been friendly. Just don't get your cupcakes there.Thanks for hosting our grab-bags! 4/5 would return if I was in the mood for soft serve, and most likely AFTER the pandemic

Stopped by to pick up my Yelp swag bag and decided to also place a call ahead order to try out a variety of items. The green chile scones are a definite must try! They were delicious! The blueberry muffins were good but I wish they had more blueberries in them. The fro-yo was amazing and plenty of toppings to choose from. The vanilla lattes were tasty and they were made fresh when we arrived.The staff were all very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back for some more scones. Yum!

What a lovely distraction from the 2020/2021 twilight zone....fun sun-shiney decor is sure to bring a smile upon walking in the door :) Delightful staff and delectable selection of sweet treats! Soft serve fro-yo with all the fun toppings, and a bakery case full of vegan friendly confections!! I took home a strawberry vegan cupcake, two green chile scones, and a funfetti cookie :) THUMBS UP!! Will plan a return visit with my kids to try the soft serve with some toppings. Following all the covid precautions and doing a fine job at that! Another fine addition to the Nob Hill scene, make it a point to stop in.

Super clean and really nice staff. The vegan options (chocolate and vanilla) are also super delicious. Would go back again!

Excellent, fresh and tasty sandwiches and the desserts are pretty as a picture and not sticky sweet!
