Rude people. When I first had a "consultation" I specifically said I only needed one of the prescriptions. However, when they called me to get my credit card, they charged me for both. They wouldn't refund, even though I told them not to fill it because they already filled it. Moved locations and don't tell you until you show up and there's a small sign on the door. Horrible communication and business practices.

I went to my dermatologist for my dark spots on my face, he gave my a prescription for a cream to help and sent me to Olive Tree compounding pharmacy. When you walk in you automatically feel like home, the decor helps a lot. It's a small front area but, it's enough space to not feel like your in everyone's way. The owner and pharmacist NDIDIAMAKA OKPAREKE, PHARMD, RPH helped me. She has great customer service and you can tell that she loves what she does. Her personality is vibrant and her shop has a lot to offer for health needs especially your four legged friends. I purchased her skin care products, I usually go to Sephora, but wasn't successful in finding skin care products to fit my needs there, but So far I'm happy and pleased with her skin care line and I look forward to buying more when I'm out.

I love Olive Tree!! Not only do I prescribe various compounds there I also use the products myself! There skin care line is awesome and my skin has never looked better! If you're breastfeeding the nipple cream is the best! I believe they also have a delivery service!

Warning--stay far away from this business. Unless you have exhausted all other possible options, do not utilize this business. They do not deserve your patronage. I visited here because it was close to my residence and I needed a specially compounded ointment. Plus, I like to support local, small businesses whenever I can. Going here was a huge mistake. I will list three major reasons not to ever go here:1.) Exorbitantly high prices. Jared, the cashier/receptionist, charged me $65 for a three ounce tube of compounded ointment. This came with one refill, and he failed to tell me (probably on purpose) that I would be charged again when I came to pick up the refill. Instead of paying ANOTHER $65, I called Walgreens Compounding Pharmacy on Wyoming and Montgomery, 505-559-9134. Olive Tree transferred the prescription to them since they told me they couldn't give it to me. Walgreens charged $30 for the refill, less than half of what Olive Tree was charging! This leads me to reason 2.2.) Questionable business practices. Jared didn't mention I would be charged for the refill. Since I was unable to pick up the ointment after work, I had them mail it to me. Jared told me it would cost an additional $5, which I paid. When the package came in the mail, I saw it only cost them $3 to mail it. 3.) Terrible customer service. When I initially visited the business in person, Jared gave me a lukewarm greeting and was more concerned about the sell than explaining the medication to me. When I subsequently talked to him on the phone about the refill he acted indifferent about not telling me I would be charged again for the refill. I told him I would be doing an unfavorable review and gave him every opportunity to rectify the situation. Twice, he put me on hold to talk to Didi, the head pharmacist and business owner, and she didn't offer to talk to me or try to resolve the situation in any way with a very unhappy customer. Didi, I implore you to start treating your customers better and learn some customer service skills. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

I want to be fair; I have no idea how they are as a pharmacy. I didn't get that far. I was referred by my wonderful doctor, this was all very new to me. I am told that I need to pay a CONSULTATION fee of $65.00 and pick up a saliva test. Once I've taken the test and the results come in, then I have the consult. Any questions prior to that, you are referred back to their procedures. I work so I didn't get in right away. I got a phone call requesting me to come in and schedule my consult. I had some time, so I went in, again, $65.00 CONSULT fee, here's the test, this is the test that you need to take, pay for that and when we get the results, then you get your consult. I pay the fee, felt weird, but I want help. I am handed the test, I ask some questions about the test, two separate people opened the test to show me what I needed to do. Another person, the one who called me, invited me to an office to talk. I was happy, I thought I would have the chance to ask some questions, but I was referred back to procedures, and this person also, opened the test, marked which test I would need and then closed it again. (The two young ladies in the front had already shown me what I needed to do) I brought the test home, set it on my desk, where it still sits. I didn't feel very comfortable about what happened. I'd had no services but paid anyway. I decide to go with a different compounding pharmacy. I never took the test that I was given that 3 people opened before I ever left Olive Tree. I called today to see if I can get my CONSULT fee refunded since I won't be having a consultation. I also advised that I have the untaken test if they would like it back, I will return it but that it had been opened by employees before I ever left Olive Tree. Now, it's no longer a CONSULT fee but a TEST fee for a test that I never took and a CONSULT that I will never have. I am told they cannot take it back because it could be compromised; but I NEVER OPENED THE TEST. It was opened by 3 different people before I ever left Olive Tree. How do I know the test wasn't already compromised? How do I know that my results would be accurate when it was given to me opened by 3 different people? I'm still out money for a CONSULT fee which has now been changed to a TEST fee. This is absolutely a procedural problem. I feel taken advantage of. I was committed to paying the $65.00 in order to get a test that I never took and to pay for a consult that I will never have. When the employees opened the test, I no longer had to option to return it, and I didn't even know about it.

I have been going to olive tree for about 10 years. Miss Didi has become more of a friend than A pharmacist to me , she and her staff have and are very helpful. I have never had A problem with anything. When my my wife was alive miss Didi went out of her way to help her with her ailments. I recommend her and her pharmacy.. Thank you miss Didi

If I could give a 0 I would. Do not go here. I've noticed most of the good reviews are from companies and not separate people on their own. I've been with them for 5 months and wished I hadn't tried this long to see if it got better. The customer service is awful. They also have no empathy. Their lack of communication and motivation to help is astounding to me. If you are on your own don't go there.

I tried to have a prescription filled yesterday and they could not accommodate me before I left town. And they charged my credit card at that time. I called back and canceled today because I don't want the prescription they did not fill it but they will not give me a refund. They said that's not their policy. Well that's not my policy to pay for things I do not get. I would not recommend them at all they are rude and could care less about your health or your financial situationI have to edit my review. They ended up giving me a refund. The drama could have been avoided but I do appreciate it and I called them and told them so. Thank you Olive tree
