Outstanding customer service. We asked in old town if they could recommend a jewelry repair service for our Native American jewelry and we were told Bob at Old town jewelry and we could not be happier that they did. Fast and friendly service, we went in and found that he was really busy but his staffed stepped in and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have several pieces of jewely I will be taking back there on my next visit to Albuquerque.

The folks at Old Town jewelry are the very best. We brought them a necklace to repair and they were able to help us immediately. They brought us bottles of water while waiting and helped me use peruse through their cases of beautiful jewelry. This is by far the best service that I have ever received from texas to Arizona when it comes to watch repair! Very nice staff! Excellent results after 3 watches brought to them! Too bad they are closing down after 40 years I presume.

I live right up the street from old town jewelry and pawn shop. I go there about once a month for repairs to jewelry because I'm also a jeweler, And often I need little things done that I don't have the tools for.The staff is always extremely friendly. It actually feels like a cozy family in there. Several times, the owner has done simple repairs for me for free because he likes to take care of his Loyal customers and he's a sweet man. This is the place to go to locally for repairs. They are efficient, fast, affordable, and kind.

I love this place! They are hands down the nicest pawn/jewelry shop in town. They will save your items for over a year and never pressure you ever. I've also purchased diamond earrings and necklaces here and the quality is quite impressive. They know about the jewelry they carry very well. They also have selections of guns as well. I have a purple 9mm we purchased and it was in perfect condition. If you need to pawn or just purchase something this is the most honest place I've been to in Albuquerque.

We were referred to OTJ to get a ring resized. Wow! Bob and his team took such good care of us. Not only was the ring resized - super quick and well done - but each of us (three in our party) left with several more treasures - including a custom ring in a size 20! The team is knowledgeable, prices are beyond fair, and the quality is unbelievable. On our next trip to Albuquerque, OTJ will be our first stop for turquoise jewelry!

You really ought pay them a visit before buying any big name store. They sell diamond rings, turquoise, and more. I made a mistake of ordering online from a popular jewelry store. Never again.
