Rented a UHaul truck from this location. The owner was great! Everything was in order, he got us on the road quickly with the proper equipment and well wishes. Best part of the move so far!

Rudest man in the world owns this place. Lies through his teeth and is a total hothead. We won a judgment against him for a job he was paid for and never performed satisfactorily for two years regarding body work to my vehicle. The Judgment is still unsatisfied (of course!), but we WILL pursue collection. Do not deal with this company under any circumstances, particularly if he tells you he will do body work for you! That is NOT what he does, hasn't a clue, yet still tells people he'll do it. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

I wish I could give a zero star. This used to be a good car wash now it's to expensive and the pressure settings suck. They said they were trying to compete with other prices and inflation, but they are the only one around. I would rather drive to town and wash for a1.50 and get 3 minutes. Or even go to moriarty and use the car wash out there

Cost was $4 to start the self 4- minute car wash, then $1 for additional minutes. Couldn't even spray off my whole truck in time much less scrub it. If you change the settings it takes .25c of your time to switch over. This self car wash is only for the rich, I'll never be back.

Zero would be a kind rating to give to this car wash. Sadly, I can't give it a negative star rating of minus 10 stars. I have a full size pickup truck and I tried to use this wash today. First, it is expensive as hell! They charge $4.00 (16 quarters) to start the wash and then was appalled to discover that $4.00 only gives you 4 minutes. So, with a vehicle like mine, 90 seconds is used up just to spray soap all over it. Then there were a couple spots that needed the foaming brush... It took 30 seconds for the brush to even work. Then, of course, when I was rinsing the beeper went off indicating that I only had another minute on the clock. I quickly put another 4 quarters into the damn thing and got one extra minute. I was working as fast as I could when I was rinsing and the thing turned off. My options were to go get another $4.00 in quarters to finish or go home. I chose the latter. The people that manage this car wash have set it up so that you'll never finish washing your car without spending more money. It can't be done properly in four minutes. I feel cheated and will never go back. Don't waste your money here. In fact, I think it only fair that people boycott this business.

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy that just answered the phone when I called to report no soap coming out of the sprayer, told me he didn't have time for me because he was on the phone. Apparently he said he would give me my two dollars back, but his phone connection was so horrible I didn't hear him originally say that. So he got mad at me. Even though I suggested that his phone probably cut out again because he had bad reception and that's probably why I didn't hear his initial comment. All I heard him say was that if I wanted soap I should use the scrubby brush. Soap doesn't really come out of the sprayers. (Even though there's a spot on the dial for it) If I want soap I need to use the scrubby brush. Really? Isn't this a CAR WASH, not a CAR RINSE. Not everyone wants to scratch their paint with a dirty scrubby brush. You would think as a business representative he would have the common sense to not hang up on someone who's complaining about something not working properly at the business. If you didn't have time to take a business phone call, then you shouldn't have picked up the phone. I'm never going to this car wash ever again. And I'm telling everyone I know how horribly I was treated when I called to report that I just rinsed my car for $2.00 with ZERO SOAP!!! Car washes customarily have soap dispensed when the dial is turned to the SOAP function! ‍‍‍‍‍‍Booooooo for horrible RUDE customer service. If I were you, I'd make sure your customers are happy if you want your business to thrive. Maybe the next person who calls to tell you there's a problem you will be civil to. Update: owner showed up while I was still there. Refused to give me my $2 back for not having soap. Just told me I was rude for confronting him on a Sunday. What a JERK!!
