Gluten Free? Not a problem! This sweet chef prepared my son and I scrumptious dishes and catered to our food allergies. Sweet service and tasty dishes! I'm so happy friends recommended I try them out. I can't wait to take the rest of my family there!

Ola is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet- and her food is even sweeter. Ola's Route 66 Lunchbox is a gem located in the beautiful mountains of Tijeras. My favorite is the BBQ Sandwich and yummy peach cobbler. You can taste the warm home cooking in every dish. Quality food. Quality price. You won't find it better anywhere else!

Ola's breakfast sandwiches are the bomb! If you are on a diet make sure to let her know to go light in the butter because this lady is no joke! She layers the sandwich with yummy sausage, egg and cheese then grills the bread to a crisp! Yum. My mom and I would eat here every morning if we could. Now that My work schedule changed I can't stop by as much. (She opens at 8) ... She also has other breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy. And a whole bbq menu for lunch!!!

Woke up yesterday thinking, "I could really go for a breakfast sandwich." Looked online for "breakfast sandwich near me" and found Ola's - 7 minutes from my house on Route 66 (have passed it at least 200 times without knowing it was there). The sandwich was large, well-cooked, and delicious. Ola is a nice lady. I went back today for seconds.

This place has been on our list since we have moved to the east mountains. It's a little place off the side of 66, very welcoming on the inside with an inviting smile from the woman taking the order. Our schedules have not aligned with the hours but it was completely worth the wait. If you are looking for a home cooked meal to-go Ola's is the place. We ordered biscuits and gravy with bacon on the side. The biscuits are freshly made and taste amazing!!! The gravy was so flavorful and had the perfect consistency. We ordered a cinnamon roll but unfortunately they were fresh out, and instead of saying they were out, they asked if we wanted to wait for the new batch. We didn't but to be given the option was a breath of fresh air. Most places wouldn't offer that. Instead we were given some extra bacon ( we didn't ask, and did not expect any additions) for what I'm assuming was to take place of the cinnamon roll we couldn't wait for. We can't wait to go back to try out more of the menu.

Ola's Roach Coach; Ola's is a No-la!! Checked this spot out for the first time earlier this month. Up until then, I had only heard good things, which makes me honestly concerned for the people of the east mountains. This is NOT good food! The restaurant has flies buzzing around the lobby and kitchen (in a restaurant during cold winter months IS a cause for concern). ALL of the food tasted like rancid bacon grease and filthy flat top grill! On which they use pancake batter to fry up their "biscuits" for the biscuits and gravy. The content of the burritos are abysmal except for egg. Biscuits and gravy were a sin. Refer back to the biscuit comment. The gravy has some potential but NOT when its made with the tinge of rancid, dirty grease. East Mountain folks, are you ok? She used to serve out of a motorhome, hence the Roach Coach!!
