I ordered a Hawaiian poke bowl, with mild heat. It was absolutely delicious and of a decent size. Beware though, the mild heat is more like a moderate spicy. It was too spicy for me, and the beer certainly made it burn even more. The menu is as well excellent, and the prices were average. I will return to taste from the many options they offered.

This food was delicious! The sushi was so so fresh. My dad LOVED the hangover ramen, he said he had been wanting to try it for weeks and it did not disappoint. Kind of a kitchen sink dish, if you will. Our server at Marble was so nice and quick. Can't wait to come back!

Best place ever. The owner Raul will even make things to order and specialty sauces to order!!! Large variety of sushi, ramen bowls are amazing!!! Must try!!!If you like spicy order mild or you will be frying and then leaving ridiculous reviews that "it's to hot" for you. If you like spicy this is your place!!!Also, try the 808 Nachos!!

The 808 nachos are AMAZING. Spend the extra to add green chile and avocado!!! Totally worth it. Large portion too. My husband and I could have just split them.

This food truck frequents the Marble Brewery Westside Taproom on Sundays. It's nice to have options, since Ironwood is closed on Sunday's. They have pretty good tacos (I've had better) but I really liked the nachos they had. They aren't greasy or too big/small etc. Just right. Enjoy with a beer and you can't go wrong. I asked for more spiciness and they brought a little box containing several branded hot sauces...would have liked a homemade one. But I can understand that. Seemed that when I was there the last time, their friends were there, which is cool, but they catered a lot to them and ignored other tables, giving their friends free food, etc. I don't mind that these are your friends, but I'm a paying customer and shouldn't be ignored while hanging out with the friend table.Regardless, I'd be back for yummy tacos.

I wanted to like this place for a few reasons I lived in Hawaii for a very long time and coming here to New Mexico you see statements like Hawaiian food away it's in that sorry Ohana hut you just didn't do it for me I get the same kind of quality food from you guys that I do from Sam's club same edamame same kimchi very bland food. The sushi smiths quality. You noticed I didn't compare you to any other sushi restaurant because it was like Smith's quality not saying they're bad but you know.

I tried Food Truck Blvd on Friday night while they were at Tractor Brewing. Holy cow their tacos are SERIOUSLY amazing! I tried both fish tacos and shrimp tacos. They were perfect. I think the only thing I would change would be to take the red bell pepper off the tacos because living in Cali,I never had a taco with that on there BUT that's just me. The service was quick, the food was great (so great they ran out of tacos). I will absolutely recommend their food and follow them whenever I can! Do yourself a favor and go hunt them down! I was just checking out their website and apparently they serve Hawaiian food sometimes as well?! I am sooooo excited!

Well let's see how should I start this out? ...... The guys were very fun and friendly! They were quick with the food and made great suggestions. I had three tacos and tried the nachos with the fried egg on top. Yummy. Different for me and a first to have an egg on my nachos, but why the HELL NOT! Right. If you do order the nachos you gotta eat them while their hot or it will get soggy. As for the tacos. I enjoyed them all. They have lots of hot sauces to add a kick to your meal. The fish taco to me didn't have a lot of flavor to my liking but all in all it wasn't bad. Their price were reasonable.

This food truck was at Red Door brewery and I think the stars aligned because my thirst was quenched but at that moment there was nothing that sounded better than some tacos.Much to my pleasure, Street Food Blvd was parked out back so I got 3 tacos of a mix and match combo. The ones I chose were the Tempura Fried Avocado, BBQ Brisket and Green Chile Chicken. What an absolute perfect combination! I highly recommend this combo of tacos because after devouring these tacos I probably could have eaten at least a dozen more. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious, what more could you ask for? I will find this truck again if it's the last thing I do!

My first encounter with this food truck was at the Civic Plaza Winter Fest. It was my first, but it won't be my last! The owners were just the nicest guys and seem really passionate about their business. I love supporting people like that.Besides being awesome business owners, the food was bomb-diggity. We tried the posole, tamales, and the biscochito funnel cake. The posole blew me away! Because we were sitting outside in the cold, it was the perfect warm-you-up bowl of deliciousness. Posole is not usually my fave, but it was seriously amazing. Not too spicy but very flavorful, and chalk full of carne. I didn't take a photo because I ate it too fast! So you'll have to order it to see what I'm talking about. They also had a deep fried tortilla cone enchilada that was intriguing...I'll have to get that next time. What a great find!
