I recently just moved here from Arizona. I got a great job working at intel. That's the only nice thing to say about this place. It's right up the hill from work. Other than that this place is a complete disaster. To start, it's a roach motel. I kill about 7-10 bugs A DAY and I didn't even a balcony/patio. That's another thing. They don't tell you that some apartments don't come with patios. They show you the same floor plan for everything and just wing it. I spent my whole weekend caulking the floorboards in the living room because they all broken. I could see outside through a hole in the window where bugs could easily walk right in. They do not care about you. The only person I can give any credit too is Dallas. He is the hardest worker there. Other than that this place is a dump. Whether it's the "maintenance dudes fixing stuff" that you have to go out and fix again or just the horrible management. I thought it was a great place when I first came. But it has been down hill ever since. WILL NOT renew my lease. Only thing keeping me here.

Recently taken over by a company that settled for fraudulent evictions in North Carolina, the new owners Greystar whatever they are calling themselves this week, Odyssey Ridge, etc., seriously consider WHY a company changes owners at all, let alone that many times in a year; this place is a dump! I just ended my lease with the Core Vistas. There is so much to say: There are bugs (ROACHES) that come out of the walls, drains, floorboards, etc. When asked about bug spray it's only the outside perimeter, not the unit. When trying to get an outside company to spray the complex is considered "Commercial," therefore you will have ISSUES!! Maintenance is a joke. That needs more support from the owners, whoever they are this week, to actually fix and maintain the upkeep of the apartments. There is trash and store baskets located underneath the stairs and by the dumpster. It's an eyesore to even go outside. I would AVOID and save your money! This place is full of thugs who lurk around your cars all the time. You'll have to buy flood insurance in the middle of the desert because they don't take care of their maintenance at all. If you have an emergency good luck. They will tell you that's what your insurance is for. Meanwhile, your entire life gets ruined and everything you loved is destroyed and your weekend is a nightmare. Don't even get me started on how they talk to you. It's like you're bothering them when you call.Check your lease before you move in. They add about $150 to the already high rent for a dump which should be around $600 a month.

Don't be fooled by the smiles on day one. Ask the deep questions or better yet, rent somewhere else. They lie and deny what they do for a false front. I broke my lease and paid to get out. It's that bad. Greystar is notorious for its bad practices. Google them about the condemned property in Albuquerque. They settled for 2.5 million in another state for fraudulent charges. The code enforcement will likely condemn this place too.
