I need to have 85 characters to leave my one-star review. We'll, it's simple, really. I just felt very uncomfortable there. Sitting in the lobby, waiting for my son, I was asked for my ID because... I honestly don't know why. It's just not an atmosphere that I can recommend.............

I don't even know where to being my praise for these guys.First off, my personal experience with these guys... So a week ago Oasis Vape had a Reddit coupon for 50% off their entire juice line. I decided to get 240ml of Fruity Pebbles for myself on a whim and 120ml of a "Build it yourself" mix for a friend for only $15 and $10 respectively. That's an INSANE price for some high quality juice. Shipping was $9, but I guess that had to do with the weight of the bottles. Anyway....fast forward three days and I have my juice in hand. But, unfortunately an error was made in bottling. I received a 240ml bottle of the "DIY" blend and only 120ml of the Fruity Pebbles. Whats even worse is that the DIY blend was purchased for a friend. So while he got double the juice for what he paid and I got half. Well, four emails later they send out a brand spanking new order with the correct bottle sizes. And if that wasn't enough I got a call on my cell phone from an employee saying how sorry they were and even refunded me as an apology!!! I was speechless! THIS is how you do customer service.As far as the juice it's fantastic. Super flavorful, lots of customization's, great vape production. I am now a lifelong customer and urge you to give them a try as well.

In a panic to find an open Oasis Vape and this location is open til 8:00 pm! I had crazy questions about coils and vape juices and Gabriel was extremely helpful, professional and friendly! He took his time helping and I never felt he was in a rush to get to next customer. Gabriel explained coils and temperatures to me in a way that I completely understood! The store is open and clean with great energy. My new favorite Oasis Vape location!

I have bought thousands of dollars of product from this company over the years. Recently I purchased a Novo and when I got home and opened it, it had been tampered with and the box had a rock in it instead of the device.. I contacted customer support and it took days for them to respond, they were very skeptical but eventually agreed to replace the device.. when I went to get the new device today the store manager was rude and all but called me a liar. He never apologized and stayed defensive the whole time, making comments like.. "I find it very strange" and his coworker chiming in with.. "especially with the plastic wrap still on it" umm yea no $h!t that's because whoever returned it to the store had carefully opened it and then glued the plastic wrap to the box... I will take my money and business elsewhere after the way I was spoken to and treated... I wouldn't drive 80 miles at $5 a gallon to replace a $30 device if I hadn't been wronged! This company has no customer respect!

Purchased some of the Acid Rain flavor. It broke 4 of my carts before I realized what was going on. Took my broken carts and the liquid back to the shop and told them what was going on. They laughed at me and very condescendingly told me it was not possible. A bunch of assholes work here.

I've been a customer for 3 years. I like that place, I like the people, good flavors, chill vibe. But when you break a customer's (read; my) tank, an apology doesn't quite cut it. An offer to discount an inferior tank is kind of insulting. Now I'm afraid I won't be returning. Ever. I came in for a coil, you kids broke my tank and did nothing. I've been in the customer service industry since 94', this is the polar opposite of service, and you ought to feel at least some modicum of shame. I wish you all the best, but now I'm off to find a new vape spot. To quote Lauren Hill, "You might win some but you just lost one." I hope none of your customers in the future have to be told "Oops, I broke your stuff" again.
