This place has a great selection and wonderful staff! They are knowledgeable, friendly and take time to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that everything is functioning before you leave the store. The prices are great, but the customer service is what I was very impressed with. I won't be going anywhere else while I'm in ABQ!

I used to feel like family. The staff was extremely friendly. But....the other day I went in and felt unwelcome, unappreciated, and a little bit threatened. The new manager stated to me "everything is going to change around here, now that I'm the manager". All while he had a gun strapped to his hip. I stayed to him "you know me brother, and you where so friendly the other day".  He then inappropriately, sarcastically, insulting, rude, and unkindly. Said "HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR!"in a very sarcastic tone of voice.  The lady that was there was welcoming and nice.  I also think that an employee with a bad attitude and a gun is a is not only bad for business but also a recipe for disaster.

WHATS THE POINT OF THE POINT SYSTEM? Let me start off by saying I NEVER come to this location, I came here a couple times before and from the start I wasn't impressed. The workers aren't attentive and this store location is difficult to get to as if you have a large car making a U-turn at the light is nearly impossible. Yes you can continue turning left and go around the back but beware of the small parking lot and bad drivers. Back to the point system, I normally go to the oasis on Rio as they're so friendly, give great recommendations, the store is clean, and they actually explain everything to you (including the point system) I only went to the oasis off golf course because it was on the way to the gym, I know how the point system works, I type in my number, get to redeem my points Ans get money off my purchase! It's great, until today when I went to golf course oasis, I purchase two vapes and ask the male cashier if I can type in my phone number (I knew I had $10 off) he proceededs to tell me "if you use your card it's linked to your points then you can redeem them" in a snarky tone, so I proceed to purchase the vapes and AFTER the purchase goes through I am able to use my points. After leaving the store I get in my car can check the receipt, and my bank account to see if the points when through and to my assumption they did not. The receipt shows I got $10 off but on my transaction statement it shows it did not, I proceed to get out of my car and go back in to ask the cashier why it's showing my card has a larger purchase amount than in store. AGAIN in a rude and annoyed tone he says "it'll fall off in a week"....... Are you kidding me? THATS WHY I ASKED TO TYPE IN MY PHONE NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I COULD GET CHARGED FOR THE ACTUAL AMOUNT AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING $10 BACK? Listen I know $10 is $10 and it's not a big deal but honestly that was bullshit. Now you're telling me I have to watch my account for a week to see if I'm getting $10 back instead of it being taken off in the first place, if he let me take 10 seconds to type in my number? Moral of the story this place sucks, location sucks, employees suck, everything is terrible and this interaction with the worker really pissed me off. If you want to have a good experience go to the Rio location because although I know they don't give a single care in the world if they lost a customer, but I won't be returning here.

I would give negative starts if I could. Went in to get a coil for my tank , the guy didn't know what kind of coil I needed so he grabbed my mod and tried to take my tank off. During the process he broke my mod by pulling out where my tank connects to my mod. When we explained this to him all he could say was it's a cheap mod it was bound to happen. I've bought numerous mods from here. Voopoo, lux, vapresso, and snow wolf, but didn't like them, yes my mod was a cheap one but it was my favorite compared to the rest. Instead of making it right and just replacing the mod he broke that was so "cheap" he decided to be a complete asshole and not do anything saying it was bound to happen. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE owner.
