Oasis Med Spa

I can't say enough wonderful words about the staff at Oasis! I went to a different med spa for laser hair removak and was very unha with the results. A friend of mine told me about Oasis Med Spa and I immediately made a consultation appointment with Erica! She went through all the steps of laser hair removal with me and explained why it was not working at the previous med spa. Their laser is pain free and gets the job done right! Erica and the rest of the staff are always courteous and inviting!

First she says I have to get Botox before I get under eye filler. That was 300 bucks and no one else in town requires that. She said it would make the filler better. The results were awful. I had a lump under my left eye and I kept going in for dissolve to fix it and she never put enough in. Why put a teeny drop of dissolve on a large lump. Mary Claire did the service. I finally had to go to a coworker. I went to a couple of other medical spas and they said the product she used was a poor choice. My results are still unsatisfactory. Also, she is pushy and she raised her voice to me when I wanted my money back. Her arguments were not logical when discussing a refund. She refused.

I love this place! The staff is kind and professional. I've seen significant improvements in my skin and the cool sculpting actually works. No pressure to do any treatments.

The past two appointments I've had at this facility for aesthetic treatments, I've had to be moved from one room to the next because of poor planning and scheduling on their part. Today, the provider had to step out for a photo and moved me out of the room so someone could work on the A/C!
