Oak Tree Park Apartments

I've lived here for about three years now, and I truly have had a great experience! Maintenance is always great to come right away and fix any issue. The girls in the office are so sweet and helpful all the time!! The grounds are clean, potholes get filled regularly. There is security that circles the complex at night. I understand the parking issue, however I also don't see how they could make it any better with the space available. Overall, am very pleased with living here. I saw a lot of bad reviews and I know how people only like to get online and complain when there's a problem, but forget to give credit when credit is due! I give 5 stars for price, location, efficiency, customer service and quality! (:

Very unprofessional and unreliable. They are charging an administrative fee, which they didn't know what it was for when asked. They tried charging me more than the agreed before moving in and had maintenance come over twice for the same issue which never got resolved. They took my entire deposit when I moved out because according to them the apartment needed a paint job. I had a tiny scratch on the kitchen wall alone. Most if the windows are permanently foggy due to weather conditions. They won't replace those. Was very excited to leave.

I hate this place I hate it!!!!!!!! I really wish I could leave right now! Everyone sucks here parking sucks ! My boyfriend was dropping off my sons car seat and was inside for no longer then 10 minutes and he got towed I pay 1500 to live a terrible life here cuz they make it terrible. They have so much room for improvement. I've been here 2 years and theses gates never ever worked the pools are open like 2 weeks out of both 2 years I will say this over and over again please do not rent here you will hate it !!!!! (And management don't reply cuz I don't need to explain any further just give us an other parking we pay enough for 2 parkings!!!!!!) can't wait until August

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE!! the outside looks very inviting and homey with all the trees but the complex is in shambles.The security that you pay for in your lease isnt used proper as the gate near our apartment was broken and never fixed for a year and a half and had notmben fixed up until when we left. had all our vehicles broken into because of the gate and management won't take responsibility our unit was very nice looking when we first moved in but eventually started finding all the little gremlins and imperfections. management is not very helpful and give you attitude when you make a request for work or ask for a eta on work orders. had a bathroom light out for 2 months before the bulb was changed and burned out again a few weeks later only to wait another few weeks to get it fixed (had to use a lamp because our bathroom had no windows) the bathtub was rotting behind the wall and we requested it to be fixed but they just culked it and called it a day and now we're disputing charges on move out for said repair which we requested several times since moving in in 2021! and the pool is only open a few days out of the year because of poor pool maintenance (always green) don't fall for the green trees on the outside because it definitely isn't the same once you lock in that lease hope this helps before you get trapped by oak tree park
