O'Connor Brothers Design Build

The O'Connor Brothers really know what they're doing. I came with a few ideas sketched out and they met me at my price-point, then blew me away with the quality. They built a totally unique table base and a TV stand that look absolutely killer. When it came time to powder coat the pieces they recommended a local guy and dropped them off at no extra charge. The O'Connor Brothers completed a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room, utility room, and guest bathroom. Our home was built in 1952. With any house of this vintage, you never know what you'll find when you start remodeling!As the demolition phase was progressing, it became clear that there were issues that needed attention, including degraded plumbing, layers of old flooring, and previous 'creative construction'. The O'Connor Brothers handled each of these, and more, with clear communication and professional competence.The final product surpassed our hopes! They were easy to work with, and their confidence and creativity inspired the same in us. Their combined skills in woodworking, welding, plastering, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and attention to detail left a beautiful imprint in our home.

O'Connor Brothers took over a problematic construction project that several other contractors had declined, and ironically, they seemed to think all of the challenges were a fun adventure. They made several excellent suggestions to improve the project and did a fantastic job, under budget and well within the timeline. They are excellent communicators and kept me posted at every step, and are just really great human beings. I would recommend them for ANY project without hesitation.

O'Connor Brothers designed, built, and installed three steel security doors and two gates for us. We enjoyed working with them through the entire process. Their design incorporated aesthetics and functionality, and the doors and gates are very strong and sturdy. We are thrilled with the results.

O'Connor Bros. (which consists of Sean and his sons) built and installed a cover for our patio. They talked with us, then sketched a design to make sure they got everything we wanted. Their design skills are creative and artistic, and they included things we hadn't thought of. It turned out to be more than we expected. They built the whole thing from scratch. They were always looking for ways to make it better. During the course of fabrication, they came up with new ideas which they ran by us and implemented at no extra charge. Our final cost came in 20% below the next lower bid. The guys were always positive, and they had a blast while they were working. We were happy to have them around for a week. We wanted something that will last a long time with no maintenance. In the end, we got everything we asked for and more. We highly recommend them.

These guys put new windows and a patio door on the 63 year old house I am remodeling. They know all the tricks to make the new windows blend in with the period style of the home. While we were in the middle of the install, a commercial contractor I know stopped by, and his comment was "Wow, somebody in Albuquerque is actually doing this the right way". Easy to work with, super clean and considerate of my home. They had lots of great ideas on other work I am doing myself, and got things done on time.
