Don't move here please!!Heres a summary for living here for two years:Before I start we are paying for a renovated unit which costs more than other units but...- Move-in date delayed due to management's oversight, despite months of advance notice provided.- Apartment flooded due to faulty washer drainage system, took over a month to replace. This was first time we used the washer.-had to go to the laundry mat for the first month.- Rainwater leakage damaged ceiling, resulting in prolonged maintenance delays and flooring damage.- Management enforces strict rules regarding vehicle tags or your vehicle will be towed.-introduces mandatory trash pickup services with additional charges. Trash system basically lets you leave your trash outside your door so someone can walk it over to the dumpster. Extra $25 a month- Stringent inspections of residents' decks. You are not allowed to have for hanging items, dead plants, or a bicycle on your deck. If you are found with any of these items on your deck you will have potential charges for violations. You will be charged- Inconsistent management approach to pet waste disposal, threatening charges for non-compliance while failing to address overflowing dog waste bins.-also it's May and the pool is still goofy and green. This summarizes the key issues experienced during your two years of residency at the apartments. Great location, horrible management. The picture below show overflown poop bags, my flooded floor, plastic thing is the lint catcher... was told the unit was new, here's the ceiling leaking, and our new deck. Not much has changed, all of our neighbors complain about the management as well.If you are reading this don't move here.

Have been trying to get a fire extinguisher for months, finally got one and it turned out to be expired in violation of the city's fire code. I have also had problems with my hot water heater and it took them 20 days to fix it in violation of City housing code 14-3-2-3 (C)(1). The workers always say that the issues will be fixed "soon" but soon never seems to come. Also the workers always tend to leave a couple minutes before closing time like they did today (May 6th).

Update: I was asked to contact the leasing office. I still have yet to hear back from anyone I've contacted and the leasing office phone just goes to leave a message and that message is not returned.Original: I relocated to this apartments from another state in April. I had very little to go on but the apartments were nice enough when I visited. It's mostly clean and quiet but that's where the positives end. When I moved in there were smalls items that needed to be addressed. I reported it at move in and am still dealing with issues related to that seven months later. A few months after moving in, my rent pay system wasn't accurately reporting my rent costs. When I informed the front office of this issue I was called incompetent and a liar and was accused of trying not to pay my rent despite paying on time up to this point. I was charged a late fee and paid it. The next time the issue arose, I took photographic evidence and sent it to the office. I was then called and told that sometimes happens and in those instances they don't charge a late fee because it was not the tenants fault. When I mentioned I was already charged one previously I was given a "sincere" apology and encouraged to reach out to the office again if I continue to have issues. That was last month. This month I go to pay and there is yet another issue. I go to the front office to explain my issue and they make it sound like I'm being dishonest again. So I bring my computer back to show the issues I'm having. No one could help. I was then given a "customer service number" for the rent pay portal company. They don't have a customer service. I got directed to the manager and vp of the complex and have left over five correspondences via email and phone call to them both since the first. I was told I should hear back within 24 hours. It's the seventh and I still haven't heard a thing. If you do not like living in an apartment with insecure bathroom fixtures or playing "will I get to pay my rent today" then I strongly discourage you from moving into this complex. They do not care about tenants or fixing issues here. They only care about getting your money by any means necessary and they will still charge you late fees when the issues you encounter are on their parts.

Terrible! We've lived at this place for 7 years, and truly liked it because of the location, close to the mountain and to good shopping options. The reason for our moving away is because we are moving out of state, not because the apartment is bad. However, this place is old, windows are deficient, thermal insulation non-existant, and the property itself has changed management twice in the last 4 years. The new management is simply awful, exclusively money oriented, and not even trying to be human. Also, maintenance takes time, mailboxes are vandalized regularly (we had a PO box at USPS to avoid that), landscaping is poorly maintained, garbage is not picked up regularly, dog poop bins overflow in the sun, the pool is cold and only used for photo advertising, and when you move out they invent things to bill you (like painting shelves you left in the exact state they where when you arrived), and they make it extra hard for you to pay. It's as if they were looking forward to put you in recollection, because they can. In short then, avoid this place, or be ready to have a very unpleasant experience.

Random people come in and out of the parking lot and this complex got rid of their security after I signed the lease...Firecrackers were set off against my car, my packages were going missing from my doorstep, and the neighbor below me was a crazy person. The manage management was zero support so I cut my lease short. I was not safe there and I don't need to pay when I had to escape from an apartment. I hope that's clear. No one involved with this complex should ever contact me again.

Still no pool after months and months. It's now June 15th, 96 degrees out and we've had several 100 degree days and still nothing! We pay almost 1500 bucks for a small one bedroom just to have ZERO amenities. They collect our trash but even that, they will REJECT it and leave it if they don't feel like it's bagged enough. It's so crazy. I don't know where all the expensive rent goes here. Guess management must be doing great. Can't say the same for us residents. Swamp coolers too, so don't expect to ever get cooled down on extremely hot days. :/

If I could give zero stars, I would. The management is a revolving door. They do not respond to emails and/or maintenance issues. The worst offense...NOT RETURNING MY DEPOSIT. They have yet to send any kind of letter or deposit refund. I vacated the property on March 31st, 2024. The law states they have 30 days.

I've been here since April of 2018. This is a long one so sit down and relax!I've had my fair share of issues here but like any normal apartment, they respond and take care of issues. Not since AMC, LLC took over. There are no rules and no one cares about anything except hanging plants and decor as of the past few days. I didn't know about this until a couple of residents told me (people that I enjoy talking to). I'll get to that later..So I've had a gambit of problems here. The very first one was a bed bug infestation. I wish I knew this before I moved in early 2018. I got rid of them myself but that was an absolute living hell. We had a bad roach infestation here too once upon a time but that has died down since then. I'll get into my worst infestation later..This place is full of mold. Especially in the bathroom with a bathroom fan that hasn't worked since 2019. I was told they couldn't fix. So I clean mold weekly. I used to have a leak in my light fixture in my bedroom closet. It leaked from 2018 to 2020. With every "repair" I'd end up with a new leak come rain or snow. It got so bad that I had to shut the breaker off in my room because the light wouldn't shut off because of the water! I miss when this place was owned by Keller Williams because the last leak I had a corporate manager personally come see it and he handled it himself...Dog poop is a major issue here. People let their dogs poop anywhere, even on the sidewalk. There used to be accountability here with cleaning up after your dog but now it's a free for all. Let your dog poop and never clean it up here.Swamp coolers here have yet to be hooked up and we have had 88° days and the inside of my apartment is baking. My swamp cooler has never been quite right here. I doubt the filters have ever been changed. I miss when Rudy was our maintenance manager! He changed my heat filter that hadn't been changed in years! Speaking of maintenance, we LITERALLY don't have maintenance on site anymore. So nothing will be done anytime soon, especially the swamp coolers. We have "common area maintenance fees" now and I'm not sure why they treat this as an HOA when nothing is taken care of here? Oh yeah, taking more of our hard earned money.Let's get back to infestations. I had a mouse infestation and I'm on the second floor...I exterminated 32 mice under my sink in the kitchen! 32! Despite my numerous complaints the then manager laughed in my face and took videos and pictures of how "funny" my situation was.Oh and AMC, LLC ended our security services. We used to have IPS and now we have some ghetto towing company putting neon green stickers on cars and randomly towing them away for kickbacks. Its not safe here anymore. I installed cameras all over my apartment and so have other tenants because they feel as unsafe as I do. Vagrants are starting to get bold here was well. They are hopping the fence on the east fence directly on Tramway and a fellow resident came across a knife wielding vagrant while he was walking his dog. We hear a lot of screaming and gunshots here too as of lately. We have fireplaces on the second level apartments here and they don't inspect them whatsoever. That has to be some sort of code violation. We have the nastiest green tinged pool and a brown water hot tub. We can't have hanging plants though or any personal touch but they can have dead plants out front. A lot of us take pride in our space and love to put plants and decor on our balcony but now they want to penalize. I love how we have hidden fees now too like "CAM charges" and the new trash collection system where people pile their trash outside for an outside source to take our trash to the dumpster. I'm sure mice will absolutely appreciate that. Just like our dumpsters that are riddled with dumped couches, beds and other large furniture. This place is a prime location and it used to be so nice and quiet. Now this place is so tarnished by AMC, LLC it's beyond disheartening.

Been here For a Year and resigned the lease for another Year Wish I never I did at first It wasnt too bad But its problems after problems 1st being management seems like they don't really care about Any of the tenants concerns we have had our washer leak water all over the floor And damage the walls All they did was fix the leak after a Couple of days, we couldn't wash nothing. No AC For Who knows how long with days Being 90 plus outside. Stupid Rules about The balcony/Patio no chairs no plants No grills. parking is also A hassle People parking in Reserved parking, or Taking up 2 parking spots. My wife had to park Far from Her Reserved spot because someone thought it was okay and She had Both our Little Kids. its close to June and the pool is still a joke green and nasty. Now We have a nasty leak On our kitchen Roof. while The staff is at home enjoying their day we are stuck with no help to fix this called emergency maintenance and no answer this is Ridiculous. For what we pay This Is outta hand. Another big problem is the Dog poop No one seems to care at all they didn't pick up the dog waste Cans For weeks they were overflowing with bags even on the floor. the dumpster always looks like a mess with couches being put on the side along with mattresses. The Fire extinguishers are out of date which is against code. I wouldn't recommend This place.
