North Park Apartments

I lived there for a year. The windows and doors were drafty and the apartment would not stay insulated for more than an hour. The heater had to work double time for it to stay warm in the winter and same for the summer. The apartments were so thin that we could hear our neighbors below us all the time. Their maintenance staff was on top of things but there was only so much they could do. They kept the outside of the buildings clean and tidy though.The rent was considerably low and we got a student discount. But we were not informed that our rent would change the months we weren't in school and they forgot to change it for one of the months that we weren't in school so we were surprised to get an extra charge towards the end of the lease. The office seemed somewhat organized but upon moving out they sent the deposit to the wrong address that we legally agreed and signed upon. I had equal part in the renting of the apartment so they should have consulted me before they sent the deposit to the wrong person. They did not apologize so I just asked for them to send me a receipt that I should have received in the first place.

I really liked living there. Great staff, great maintance and great apartment. It was affordable, safe and comfortable.

Good safe quiet neighborhood, gated apartment. Apartment is up to date. It's a lovely place to be living at. Especially if it's your fist time on your own. Highly recommend it :)

North Park Apartments its a nice place, comfortable, clean apartment and well equipped. It's a gated apartment community. I felt safe every night when I came home. It's so peaceful and quiet. I loved my neighbors. I highly recommend this place I call home. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly. They are quick to respond to any issues. Excellent location, these apartments have it all.
