North Domingo Baca Park

This is a nice park with some thing for everyone. They have a fenced dog park as well as a nice playground equipment and a splash pad. There are pit toilets and then there's some shade. It's a good place to spend a couple hours.

We went for the balloon festival. The park was very clean, it was easy to find a parking spot, and you have views of the festival without the large crowds. I would imagine locals really enjoy this park, as they have lots of recreational activities.

This is a great park. I loved the playground and so did my 4 yr old. I came here on a Sunday and there were also a lot of food trucks which was also cool.

I decided to visit this park on a whim when I visited ABQ for balloon fiesta. I arrived late in the afternoon and wanted a place close to the balloon fiesta venue but at a higher altitude and visited this park. I gotta say this park is nice compared to the ones back where I am from. I saw a lot of people out walking their dogs and enjoying the day. There were multi-purpose fields being used for soccer and frisbee. There is even a skate park on the northeast corner of the park! There are a lot of paved trails and plenty of parking spaces around the park. If you play pokemon go there are a few stops and 2 gyms. Not enough in my opinion for a park this big but whatever. There is also a dog park for doggies to run and be dogs. I did not bring a dog but i did see plenty of dogs walking with their owners and I got to pet a few of them! yes!! What I did not like is that the restrooms were only concentrated on one part of the park and if you were out further towards the west side of the park there were only porta-potties available to use. I did enjoy the views of the balloon fiesta park from sitting at the top of these structures in the west part of the park.

9/17/21: Very active park! Big and NOT SO BIG dog parks, tennis courts, walking areas, skate park, picnic areas. Great space for all kids of every age. Enjoy!

Why didn't I know about this place?? Super cool playground with lots of updated & enticing play areas for motor, musical, balance & coordination etched. Large green field, skatepark, TONS of shaded and open picnic tables & benches for parents. Ground is bedded with wood chips so it's soft & safe for the kiddos. Jungle gyms are not the typical one but more modern style and lots more fun. We'll definitely be back again!

Definitely one our favorite dog parks. Plenty of room for numerous dogs. Seems 99% of owners do pick up after there pets. Also has a large area of wood chips. Running water with plenty of buckets placed all around. Nice shaded areas with benches and a few trees spread around. Usually come every day and I think I enjoy the park as much as my pups do. They do have an area for smaller dogs which makes it nice. Definitely give this park a 5 star.

I love this huge park. You can sit in the grass and watch people playing frisbee, playing football, soccer, catch or just walking with their pets. Green green grass for as far as you can see. Plenty of parking and a few benches but sitting in the grass has always been my favorite. Its a nice big park where you can let yor children run free and run themselves to sleep haha. Tennis courts, handball and probably many more amenities im forgetting. Great park, lots of running room for your lil ones or just to lay back and watch the clouds pass by.

I wish we lived here. This park is amazing. It has a lot of open space to play how you like but it also has a climbing wall a playground tennis courts Bookaboo workout equipment pavilions tables shade bathrooms this place is the bomb. It also seems well lit and clean.
