This was an excellent and highly unusual RV facility. It's primarily a storage business for what seem to be very large RVs. They have about a dozen spaces in the back with with hook ups for travelers. I was in one of them. They're making a bit of a transition to have more visitor sites across from the current location. But the quality of accommodation was really top shelf. All the sites were perfectly level. The connections were the newest and the best. They had the largest RV washing facility I've ever seen. Two levels high so you could wash the top of an RV much bigger than my camper van. They provided tokens to operate the machine..Dan, the owner and Jessica went out of their way to be accommodating. They built one shower and it's a little ways from the sites so they gave me a shady place to park so I could wash away to my hearts content. The shower itself was new modern and perfectly clean. I've been in hotels that didn't have showers this good.Security was outstanding, They undoubtedly have many millions of dollars worth of RVs here and it shows in the fencing and gate the gate. There were two police cars at night. No trouble at all. ItI felt very safe.Do note It's not the kind of RV resort place where you can order a piña colada by the by the poolside, But I don't know what they have planned for the expansion. I was very happy to stay hereIf the new accommodations are comparable, this will be one of the best spots to stay

We searched for a place to stop for the day from our roadtrip and found this place as an option... First the person we spoke to was very nice and helpful and secondly the price was very reasonable. It's not your typical RV park.... Most RV and trailers are stored here but we were very pleased for what we needed. We didn't needed many amenities, just a place to stay overnight and for that, this place was perfect! It's quiet and we loved that we were under a cover. If you don't need all the extra amenities, this is a great place to stay!

Awesome stay at NomadLand! Thank you Dan and Leonard! We really appreciated all the amenities NomadLand had to offer. Facilities are very well maintained and clean, conveniently situated and comfortable! We are repeat customers because of how awesome Dan and Leonard are as well as the facilities. Right now the facility is more for storing but they have places for you to stay nightly BUT they are building an amazing RV Mecca across the street that should be open next year for all us travels! Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

David L's review is spot on. I couldn't agree more.To reiterate, Dan and Jessica's customer service was over the top. We started the rsvp back in January to align with the Balloon Fiesta. Jessica was a pleasure to work with during the months leading up to the event. This RV facility is highly recommended.

Super clean and secure. Really appreciated the tokens for washing the RV and truck, as well as the welcome package of nuts. We'd happily stay there again if we're in the area.

NomadLand was the perfect place to stay while we visited family in Rio Rancho for 3 weeks. We were undercover with full hook-ups, this was very helpful in the hot NM sun. All the sites are flat and paved. They offer free internet, free filtered water, free bags of ice, free coffee, free use of washer and dryer and a free RV wash bay that has an "upper level" so you can reach your rv roof. The park is impeccably clean with new and clean restrooms and shower. The park is gated with cameras so we felt very safe in the middle of the city in a camper.Jessica and Dan were super friendly and helpful. We actually left to go home to NC and had to turn around and go back to NM after my sister-in-law became very sick over the July 4th holiday. I called NomadLand on the outside change they might be able to find a spot for us. I explained everything to Jessica and she said they would find a spot for us somewhere--that spot was the same one we had our first visit. We ended up staying for a month on top of our original 3 weeks. There is a Walgreens, Walmart Neighborhood Market, a brewery and restaurants all within 1/4 of a mile from Nomadland. Neighbors' restaurant is a great place to eat with a great beer list. This is the perfect place to stay if your looking for a base to do some sight seeing and don't need all the things a RV resort has. We would definitely stay here again. There are some campgrounds out there that need see how to run a campground well, they should spend sometime at NomadLand.
