This store is garbage. Rudest, most unhelpful employees, and complete lack of customer service or common decency. Not only do tey sell crap that hardly works, when you buy a broken item that doesn't work at all, they will give you an insanely hard time to get a refund.Thats not even the worst part. The employees are by far the rudest sales people you can ever deal with, being jackasses and wasting time seems to be fun to them. Not to long ago, I went in and was wanting to buy some cards. Store was empty besides one employee and a guy selling a rather large collection of Magic cards. When I went over to speak with the employee and already knew what i wanted to buy, he said hed be right with me after helping the guy so wait a bit. Nothing wrong with that at all. They were in the middle of something and i didnt expect him to just ditch the guy to help me even though it would take just a minuet. So I sat down and waited. After 30 minuets of him still going through the collection. I asked about how long he thought it would be.Them employee gives the the dirtiest, pissed off look and basically shouted. "I told you it would be a while!" Well, naturally this was a dic move and pissed me off. He made it seem like it wouldn't be long at all. I said just give me an estimate, and he said he didnt know, cause it was a big deal.Well... thanks for letting me know instead of just telling me to hang out for a little. Couldnt bother to tell me how long at all and expected me to just wait silently for however long.After about another 30 mins, hes no where near done. Other customers started to come in, and he refused to tell them anything as well, ignoring everyone else for hours. How do they stay in business if they refuse to do anything to help people for hours on end.Finally, he finishes after ive been there an hour and a half, and the guy had been there for 3. He gives him a insultingly low offer for a very huge collection, like 10% of what he'd get selling it online.At this point i didnt care, so i just bluntly told the guy he was getting ripped off and scammed. The employee gets pissed and tells me its not my concern and i cant say that.I cant say my opinion and let someone know they are being scammed? Wow. No.I ignored him and told the guy hes getting the oldest, most successful scam that a place can use to rip people off. Ive worked in sales alot, and its a huge dick move, but places do it all the time.I told the guy that when someones selling a large amount of items at once its a common tactic to go as slow as possible and take as much time as they can before giving a lowball offer. Why? Because after youve already wasted and invested hours of your time into the sale, your more likely to take the offer then longer you had to wait. Simply because it makes the seller think that if he doest accept it, hes gonna have to go through this bullshiz again somewhere else, and no one wants to waste even more time doing that when youve already been here for hours.Naturally, I was kicked out for letting this guy know he was being played.This store treats its customers like trash.They waste peoples time on purpose, so they can better rip you off.Do not sell anything to these jerks.

They sold me a dreamcast console that didn't work. They didn't have any others to replace it, and since I had to waste plenty of time and gas(I live 40 miles away from this location), I was extremely aggravated. These people need to learn to test the hardware they get. I am Extremely disappointed.

I have spent some serious money in this store over the years. I've never been overly impressed by the service, the people are rude and not very helpful but it's convenient. Today was the last straw. I hustled to get to the store and got there right at 6pm, the door was still open and when I walked in, they said they could help me because they were closed. There were still customers in the store and I got there before they officially closed. I told them I just need to get two things, they told me, "no, we're closed." So I drove 39 minutes to get there today and they could help me even though I got there right on time. To whoever owns this store, you should vet through you're people better so you don't get lazy workers who will run off your customers.

I appreciate a store that doesn't follow you around asking if you need help every 3 to 5 minutes but this store unfortunately it's just a transaction, no more than that. They don't seem to care whether or not your there. Even small talk would've been better than just hearing a total. At least acknowledge people. I've never felt more awkward and disappointed until I visited this location. I'm probably not going to be returning, they won't care anyway. Other than that they did have a fair selection of video games for new and retro consoles. They even had current gen and retro consoles ranging from an SNES to the PlayStation 4! Even had hand held Gameboy's and PSP's. Had it not been for the sad customer service I'd say this was a neat shop if you just wanna get in and out. Might as well buy it on eBay or Amazon if you just want a plain transaction experience.

Nobel can be expensive. Prices are comparable to eBay. But every now and then, you'll find a fantastic deal. Staff are friendly. Not a bad place to find retro goods.

Great service and really good pokemon cards for sale. Unrelated but these two in the same surging sparks ETB. This location has the magic touch!

Staff were super helpful and helped my son price any of the cards he was interested in. He enjoyed it so much he keeps finding every excuse to go back.

It meets my simple needs rather effectively and if you're a gamer, often so are the employees so when you make small talk it often doesn't feel awkward or forced

I bought LEGO Star Wars on the PS2 from them and when I went to play it didn't work. I went back and explained it to them but the rude lady with a shaved head said "That's impossible, we only sell working games" Then explain why I have a broken game?? I tried to return it but she said they dont take "broken" games. Then explain why you sold it to me if it didn't even work in the first place?? Everyone else is nice but that one girl with a half shaved head. Watch out for her she's always moody.

They were extremely helpful, great customer service, and an amazing selection of games for my ancient console! We will be back!
