Long post regarding our treatment today from NOAHS BARK GROOMING. First let me say this was Bella's 4th visit there. Only had a minor issue one time prior with her coming home really scared. Well today she had an appointment at 1:00 pm for her grooming. Dropped her off at 12:45 and I was told it would be an hour, hour and a half and normally they are sooner than that and we get a call to pick her up. So instead of wasting gas coming back to the west side my son and I stayed in the NE heights. I ended up messaging through FB messenger asking about Bella and no reply (until after I picked her up). So I called and Noah was so rude and condescending and it was embarrassing as I was on Bluetooth with my son and my son kept looking at me like what the heck. I was in disbelief with the way I was being talked to. I told Noah the same as I typed here. How long i was told it would be and I was calling to check because I was concerned because of the one time Bella didn't do too well. He immediately got defensive and said they had another appointment at 12:30 that took longer than expected. I said when I dropped off Bella nobody was there and no other dogs and that should've been communicated to me that they were running behind and I wouldn't have gotten concerned if they told me it was going to be longer. All well trying to get this out of my mouth, his tone was rising with me and interrupting me. So I let him and asked him are you really taking this tone with me, I'm just checking on my dog. He first told me, he was sorry I was having a bad day, that they are busy and his son was in the back washing another dog when I dropped off Bella and didn't appreciate me calling him a liar because he is a pastor and they are having a busy day and getting ready to go to Washington (not sure what that has to do with me) I told him I never called him a liar and didn't appreciate him talking to me the way he was and also that I am NOT having a bad day. I told him if he's busy since it has been 2 1/2 hours I would go get Bella. He then said you must pay for services and I told him I will pay for what she received as I never said I wasn't going to pay. He ended the call with God bless you in a rude manner. I did talk to my son as I raise him in the church that we don't use God bless you to anyone in a manner or the tone he did. Fast forward...Pick up Bella (video in post) I recorded as I was concerned with the way he was talking to me. As you can see in some of the pictures my son is scratched up bad and I am too. In the video you can hear my son at first excited for Bella and then hear him start to cry after he got scratched. I asked about her nails being cut. The groomer a woman I will say is very nice and explained that she couldn't cut any lower on her nails. I did tell her this has never happened in the 3 years we've had her with issues with her nails. Then I get charged and the price went up. I asked if they changed the prices and they said yes, which I wasn't aware but I paid and NO I didn't leave a tip. I believe paying $47.00 was already too much for the service I received today. Back to the message I sent on fb to check on Bella. The owner then replied nicely, like nothing happened. I did write him and advise him that Bella's face was still dirty and her nails cut my son. He then denied it writing, we recognize none of that is true! I sent him pictures of my arm and my son. I am ok with my scratch but my son was scratched up pretty bad to where it made him cry, in Noah's place of business. So deny that, I sent him pictures of the scratches and my dogs face and his response was God bless you my sister we mean that! Don't use being a pastor or a christian to deny the crappy service we got. Not only was I demeaned by this man verbally, we didn't get the services I paid full price for. He also mentioned tear stains would need to be diagnosed by a vet. Well groomers would know that my breed of dog it's a natural process for them and that's why I get her groomed. Nothing is medically wrong with her. I added a picture at the end when she's been groomed and her face is clean. I will NOT be going back to this groomer for his lack of professionalism and using being a pastor to defend his business that no wrong was done here, or give him an excuse to talk to me the way he did.

My dog was " groomed " there a few months ago. It still bugs me how she left. Her nails were not trimmed, if she was bathed I am a monkeys uncle. She was no where near as short as we agreed . They said she would be 2 .5 hours and was done way too quickly too have been a full groom. (Maybe an hour) yet we were charged full price. It was a female groomer.

They did a perfect job, I really can't thank them enough. Usually I find myself spending a ton of money at the groomers on all my dogs, so I was surprised by the price for my Pomeranian--at that! They did way better than any groomer I've been to, and I will be going again and taking all my pets there now. :)

Excellent experience!!! The groomer was phenomenal! Took tremendous care of my 3 year old Australian Shepherd, Abby... I absolutely had a 5+ star experience at Noah's. Gonna recommend to all my friends. The appointment setter & staff were so accommodating to my schedule. Affordable and they take great pride in their work. To be honest, I cannot promote enough!! Only Noah's for me from now on...

My dog is very scared and gets stressed out and nervous around new people. I have taken him to petsmart and petsense, both places have told me they couldn't do his grooming because he was to scared and aggressive. I thought I would give this place a try since the reviews on Google said they did really well with nervous and stressed dogs. The reviews were not wrong! She took her time with him, gave him free roam of the place to get him use to her and just sat down right by him and pet him to soothe him. When she was done he came out a brand new dog!!!! So happy I found this diamond in the rough!!!

Excellent service. It's a small place, but people are very friendly and they did a great job on my dog. He is so clean and soft, and he smelled great after he got the works from Noah's Bark.

Took our teddy bear mixed puppy to Noahs Bark 3x. Last visit her cut was a very close shave and not what we expected. When we returned to have her tail cut a bit to match her shaved body, we asked about the communication and what had happened when we wanted a teddy bear cut all over and not that short a cut (which was actually a shave.) Cesar replied that all he heard us say is "short." This was said after 2 minutes of explaining we wanted a longer teddy bear cut all over, but not obviously heard. Cesar became very defensive and confrontational when this issue was brought up. He used his being a pastor and "helping the community more than you have" as a retort. He also stated being professional was not important but being righteous was. He raised his voice and was off topic about the issue at hand. He also said the customer is not always right. Cesar does not deal with any feed back or questions well and has lost our business for good.
