NM Scoops

This is a nice establishment in downtown and one that is fast service compared to other establishments nearby by but customer service is in the dumps. This place has so much potential but did does not live up to its potential. The options are various and the ice cream is descent and drinks have the adequate balance of sugars. The place overall is clean and the cute decorations make it welcoming. Prices are higher than expected for a regular ice cream shop but since it's located downtown it expected to be higher.

We had some boba yesterday afternoon after long walks around the Santa Fe Plaza. I had coffee boba. They serve ice cream, smoothie and variety of boba. Ambiance is nice. They have tables and chairs outside of stores/shops but they also have chairs inside NM scoops, so plenty of seating for everyone inside or in hallway area

Walking around Santa Fe we happened to come across this boba shop. Lots of varieties and the place was cute. Ordered a mango thai milk tea cuz how can you go wrong with those two delicious items? Unfortunately you can. The boba was not fresh and it was hard and clumpy tasting. The mango thai was all right but the sweetness was too much. Should have asked for it half sweet but I'm not sure they would have known what that meant since they didn't ask for my sweetness level. Sorry but I wouldn't try it again.

What better thing to do than have dessert after a good meal. A place that serves Blue Bell Ice Cream - bonus for a Texas boy. Just a small ice cream shop in a small mall across from the town square. Not too busy and easy to order from. No place inside to sit down but there's plenty of seating just outside the shop. If you're not in the mood for ice cream they have a nice selection of boba teas, smoothies & fruit drinks. Friendly faces behind the counter make this a repeat stop to try their other treats!

Great offerings customer service could be improved. Great strawberry tea and mango. Centers

I was visiting Santa Fe on Aug. 21. I paid $6 for my green tea latte bubble tea and they forgot to put the bubbles in it!! That's the only reason I ordered a drink from them - because I love bubble tea WITH BUBBLES. I went back to tell them and finally I attracted someone's attention and she went in the back and I waited for a while and finally gave up and left. So buyer beware: inspect your drink as soon as you get it and before you pay!!

Trendy fun atmosphere. Bobba tea was great! The service was fast and friendly. I wished that their wasn't as much ice in the cup, but that is generally how it goes.

NM Scoops is a wonderful place to visit with delicious drinks and amazing staff! The overall setting of the establishment is cute, fun and friendly

Close to the plaza in Santa Fe is a mall where you can find NM Scoops. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. Great refreshing drinks! My favorite is the Mango drink! Great service! The place is very clean and sanitary!
