NM Fungi

After learning that NM Fungi is a supplier to top notch restaurants in the region, and that they have a retail outlet too, we had to get some mushrooms from them. These are some of the most beautiful mushrooms I have ever been able to cook with (see my photo). We will be making two mushroom centric entrees this week. My only regret is that I'm just visiting Albuquerque for a month--or I'd be a regular customer. P.s. The management prefers that customers don't "walk in" because they are not set up as a "store." Instead, order online and you will be notified when your order is ready--allowing 24-48 hours for processing.
