Nikki Zabicki

A few years ago my sister and I stumbled across Nikki's shop in Old Town, and I was enchanted. Every subsequent time we come into town we make a point of stopping at her shop. Her art is incredibly unique and vibrant, and you will find yourself spotting it all over Old Town. Along with her gallery she has carefully curated her shop with other amazing local artists. If you're looking for a one of a kind keepsake from New Mexico, look no further!

I totally dig Old Town Albuquerque and this store is one of the reasons why! Make sure to stop in if youre visiting the area. Very friendly service and really great, unique, and beautiful art and gifts.

This is easily one of the best shops in Old Town, and it should be on your list, tourist and local alike. Nikki is a long-time established, super talented New Mexican artist with a flare for rounding out edges; the subjects and themes of her paintings often focus on popular subjects in local lore, like la Virgen de Guadelupe, and Dia de los Muertos, but Nikki throws a refreshing, welcoming spin on the mundane and typically, when I'm looking at her work, it's smiles all around. This shop expands so much on her small booth where I originally met her, at the downtown grower's market. No longer just belt buckles and t-shirts, her shop rocks tile and cards, clothing and wall decorations, most her own creation, some hand-picked from artists she respects. A great modern edition to a Town still asleep in Old, go here to get gifts, bling yourself out, and smile the whole time.

She's open! Later then the usual old town shops. While walking around on date night we stopped in to check out her new items. Store is stocked with Zia art everywhere. You can fell the New Mexican love for sure! All your Dia de los muertos items, hot air ballon art and of course her awesome belt buckles & necklace's. Which I couldn't resist. She is not only a cool old town shop owner -she's an artist. Thank you for all the epoxy advice! You Rock Nikki!

I've been a fan for years and I'm so happy she has her own shop now! She's got hands down the best New Mexico T-shirts and I've bought six of her belt buckles. If you're in Old Town stop in and support a true local artist!

Cute little store that supports local New Mexican artists. Tucked beside the Christmas Shop in Old Towne, this little store holds some cute items for your Christmas list. Bought a neat little card that turns into a luminary. Perfect little gift for those loved ones who can't be in the Duke City for the holidays.

I follow her on Instagram and love her art! Can't wait until I've got time to go down and buy her new New Mexico T-shirt; it's by far the coolest one I've seen!

Saw this place by chance and stopped by. Ended up picking up a NM themed t-shirt designed by Nikki and also some cool day of the dead stickers. Worth a stop.
