New Mexico Pine Nut Company

I am very disappointed with these Pinon's, especially since there were good reviews. Ordered April 4th - spent over $70 (shipping/handling = $10.95). Service type was 1-3 days priority mail. Had to email to ask about shipping time. No response. Finally, get only a PayPal confirm on April 11th that is was shipped. Received April 13th and emailed the company right away about my disappointment with the shipping process. My different bags of Pinons were not packaged securely and in cheap plastic and they busted open and tasted like plastic/packaging. Dave responded back right away and said take pictures, which I did and provided right away. Then he asked for more detailed pictures, which I provided. Then, NO RESPONSE! April 18th, I emailed back and stated "I am following up with you. Thank you" and still no response. May 1st, I emailed again and sated that it was 13 days that I provided another picture at his request and he still didn't respond. Spending over $70 and almost $11 for shipping/handling, I would think I would have had better care and customer service. I would not recommend buying from here. It's too bad because I would have been a repeat customer. See photos. You guys decide if eating these Pinons would be worth the money. To date, I have not heard from Dave or the company.

Ordered online 1 pound shelled. Charged over 60.00 in including shipping. Never received an email confirmation. Called twice before speaking with someone. He said would get an email within a few minutes. Never happened. When they came in the attached letter said they were discounted. I was charged full price. No refund.Nuts were okay but not the best I have had growing up in NM. If you like no customer service after the purchase, then buy from them.Will not buy from them again.

I am very happy to discover this company. A local source for a local product. I will definitely be a return customer. I hope the fall harvest is bountiful.

Great products but poor service. I have ordered there before but last time only half of my order arrived. Emailed several times. Respose said it was their mistake and they would send the rest never hallened. They dont return calls or answer emails. Looks lime I need a different seller
