Could not be more irritated with this provider. Wanted a small clinic rather than the chaos that is UNM or NMCC and thought this was just the answer to my prayers. Turns out, it was only a nightmare and cant imagine I am alone. Provider wrongly billed insurance for services that never occurred, never had follow ups and blood work that were necessary with the chemo I was on and then she closes her practice due to a family issue. I get family issues- all of us do but to just leave the country and vanish without making sure David has the support he needs to get all of our records where they need to be is not okay. My insurance and I know get to spend money all over again to duplicate tests etc and I look crazy to my new provider. You should never re-open and stay out of the country. Sincerely,Tom's Wife!
