Like all the others, I would give them a zero if I could. Blaise receptionist, "Fill out these forms and we will call you." Arrived at 10:12 for 10:30 'appointment' - still waiting at 11:15 with no further info from anyone. Asked receptionist what's up, when might I be seen for my 10:30 bone scan? Answer: Oh, maybe an hour or an hour and a half. The doctor is running way behind ... didn't anyone tell you about that when you scheduled the appointment? Apparently it's SOP to the extent that nobody there cares anymore and they've simply given up on even trying to create meaningful schedule for patients and practitioners ... it's just not their problem so, get used to it. Oh, yeah, and I wasted $21 on Lyft to get there and back. Maybe I should send them a bill.

Everything I go to this clinic for bone density and prolia I end up waiting a minimum of an hour past my appointment time. Today was the last straw. They couldn't get my lab work needed for my injection because they have only one fax machine which was continually rejecting it. After an hour I decided I'd had enough, called to let the pharmacy know I didn't receive the injection. I will definitely be changing providers!

Becky is an amazing CNP! She actually diagnosed a heart murmur that had gone undiagnosed for years. She's compassionate and wonderful IF you can access her. In fact, the office staff is COMPLETELY inept, juvenile and completely unprofessional. It's like Mean Girls on crack. (Seriously, it's like a flashback to high school, at the front desk) The Assistant consistently sits on prescription orders until you're desperate and calling after-hours physicians for help. Several times, the horrible office staff and even worse assistant have, I believe, put my life at risk. The assistant gives unsolicited, unqualified, dangerous medical advice, instead of doing her job. The clinic manager had the audacity to ask me if I'd recorded my conversation with the clueless assistant, and defended her actions, as though she were a restaurant manager and the assistant was a waitress that had spilled wine on my table. She bold face lied to me about what time the assistant had FINALLY faxed over my prescription, and told me to have Walgreens work out the problem. If you have any serious health conditions, I suggest staying AS FAR AWAY from this clinic as possible. After several complaints and disgustingly long hold times (if they pick up at all), I am definitely taking my healthcare elsewhere. Truly sad, because Becky really is the best.

My mother has been in poor health and has visited the emergency room twice in the last month. Her current physician always has a three week back log and impossible to get into. I looked at my mom's health plan and found NM Clinical Research & Osteoporosis Center and called to make an appointment. I told them I would be flying in from Houston so I could take my mom to this visit so they worked with me to find an appropriate date. I gave them all of her HMO information and we set up the appointment for September 23rd, 2016. I flew in today and even though I am upset my mom's health I was excited about the visit to determine what is wrong with my mother as no one should be getting primary care from the emergency room, especially in Albuquerque. This afternoon at approximately 2:30, I received a call from NM Clinical Research & Osteoporosis Center telling me that they don't accept my mother's insurance and sorry but she should go somewhere else. I explained that her plan has them listed and I gave their office all of this information when I made the appointment and have gone through great expense to fly here and take time off of work. The woman said she was sorry but there is nothing they could do and I really didn't have to fly here. I told her that I would pay cash for the visit and yet she continued to try and talk me out of going to the visit while telling me she wasn't trying to talk me out of it. I told her that we were happy to pay for the visit and I would give her a credit card right then. Then she said the visit could be anywhere from $90 to $100 to $200 to $300 to $400, my mother's life is at stake, so I said okay, that's fine, I will pay. Even though I realize she was trying to scare me off with an increasing price. 30 minutes later another woman called me and again tried to talk me out of going to this visit because of insurance, I assured her that I was going to pay for this visit in cash, but she said that I shouldn't come, because they couldn't refer me and we should go to my mother's primary care physician, even though I had repeatedly told her that it was impossible to get into this doctor. I told her we wanted to keep the appointment. I believe my mother's health is in such poor condition and they do not care one bit. I told her if she didn't want our business, then help me find someone who is on my mother's plan and get me in tomorrow, she said they did not know other doctors, which I find odd as I know it has to be a fairly tight network. I live in Houston and my doctors all know each other as well as multiple others, Albuquerque is not even 1/4 the size of Houston, yet they do not have a network of doctors. I am going to keep this appointment because I feel like my mother's health is at risk, I am writing this on the off chance someone in Albuquerque will read this tonight and direct me to another doctor tomorrow. I appreciate any help anyone can give.

I've been going to this specialty clinic for two years now they are very professional very helpful and you get in quickly. Highly recommended. Dr. Rudolph is my doctor. His staff is super great and all people needing Osteoporosis help. This is a place you need to be.

I just called to make an appointment with Dr. Lewiecki. He came very highly recommended by a specialist I had just seen. Despite the terrible Yelp reviews I decided to see him anyway, based on the recommendation of a physician I trusted. The receptionist could not have been nicer. She was friendly, helpful and kind. I mentioned the terrible reviews, and she said they had all new staff at the Center. I was able to make an appointment (for Sept.!) and also a follow up appointment - both by Zoom - so I don't have to drive to ABQ. I will post a follow up review after my appointment.

If I could give them a zero I would. Dr Michael Lewiecki is rude and makes inappropriate comments and remarks. Did not care for his bedside manner at all. His medical care is lacking and not thorough. Another Dr is redoing the tests that he did because he did NOT agree with his findings. It has been a total waste of precious time. The MA, front desk and person who works on the prior auths do not return calls after multiple request. For a person who works in the medical field this is very disappointing and I would highly recommend that you do not see him for your care. I have seen him for over a year and have not had any treatment at all just a bunch of tests.

I would give this practice 0 stars if I could. I was scheduled for an appointment and didn't receive a reminder of any kind before the appointment. I realized I had missed it when I saw a charge for $75.00 because I missed the appointment. My referring doctor sent the wrong phone number, a number that I haven't had in years even though I update my phone number every time I have been in their office. I spoke with the office and they told me there are no exceptions. I missed the appointment so Im out $75.00. What happened to business that cared about their patients. It's all about raking in the $$. Very poor customer service,

I was referred to NM Osteoporosis center by my physician back in January 2022 for a dexa scan that showed I have osteoporosis. My physician faxed them the referral. A few days later I called them to see if they got the referral. I was told we can't check to see if we got the referral as they are put into the system by hand and it would at least be a month before they would know if they got it. Really? The front desk staff is horrendous and horrible to deal with. They are snarky, spiteful, hang up on you when they don't want to hear what you have to say. Well today 2-1/2 months later, I thought I would give it a try to see if they have the referral. I spoke to Jessica. She checked to see if she had the referral. She came back to the phone and proceeded to read to me the Parker patients they had referrals on! HIPPA VIOLATION??? No surprise, they don't have my referral. She then hung up on me! I called back and spoke to the front desk manager who also wasn't helpful. The front desk manager then blamed Optum and said they don't get the referrals from Optum. WELL DON'T YOU THINK THAT WAS SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHEN I CALLED 2-1/2 MONTHS AGO? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I am actually going out of state to see a specialist. I got an appt the day after they received the referral. I hear the docs at NM Osteoporosis are good, but if you don't have a good team and you can't get in because of the idiots at the front desk what good are they? I am glad I have the ability to go elsewhere, because in the meantime, my disease is still progressing. NM Osteoporosis needs to clean house or they will go out of business!!!!

This would be zero stars if I could choose that. I agree whole heartedly with the other reviewer, the office staff is inept and non responsive. I have called 10 times in 4 days of one week and left messages each time. I am trying to get a copy of a recent lab so I can make adjustments to the vitamin D3 that I am supplementing with. I left approximately 4 messages for dr Rudolph's medical assistant to call me and also mail me a copy of my July 2019 lab results. She never returned my call but did mail me the wrong lab result. I left one message in person with a receptionist for the medical assistant. I called this office 3 times in one day. I left a detailed message for the practice manager and when no one returned my call I called again and explained what I was looking for in great detail and I was sent to the head medical assistant's voice mail where I left another very detailed message. Upon receiving no answer from her as well I called the front desk staff, explained my situation, and asked if I could come into the office the following day to pick up a physical copy. I went through all of the details of my frustration with all of the people that have not bothered to call me back. I was put on hold and sometime later Dr. Rudolph's medical assistant picked up the phone. She is not the person I wanted to speak with, I told the front desk I did not want to speak with her because she had been given adequate time to call me back if she had any sense of responsibility to address my concerns. She left me on hold for more than 5 minutes and came back and said it would be available for me to pick up the next day and then hung up on me. This is without a doubt the most unprofessional physician office I have ever experienced in all my 59 years. Not only are they an out, they are non-responsive, rude, passing the buck, and totally worthless this is without a doubt the most unprofessional physician office I have ever experienced in all my 59 years. Also, and this is important to note, This is not a one time thing. This has happened to me every six months for two years. At this point I am looking for a new doctor.
