New Mex-A-Que

I've ordered from here a few times, kind of wish they would expand their menu a bit. Excellent food and I love those red chile chips, frito pie is also amazing.

Cool bbq taco truck that has a lot of potential. The guy running the truck is friendly and is pretty fast. I got a few things to try like the carne adovada and birria tacos, a Cubano, and some brisket. I understand the challenges of serving brisket. The flavor profile was good, but the slices were overcooked. They fell apart when you tried to pick up the meat. Definitely try them out if you see them.

We ordered the birria tacos from here. My partner and I split them and the presentation and service was good. The food we got versus our expectations or hopes wasn't quite up to our preferences for flavor. The birria wasn't quite what you would expect with an odd flavor profile to it, I couldn't quite nail what was off, but we ate the tacos but weren't completely happy.

So sad I didn't grab a picture, it just smelled so good! I ordered the brisket cubano, perfect!! That sandwich was so delicious! My husband and I fought over it. Lol. I also got a side of the red Chile chips. Again, perfect! My kids fought over those. Flavors were just all around perfect! Will seek out this food truck next time I'm craving some good bbq!

Excellent bbq with a New Mexico flair. Great menu options. I had the cubano. It was perfect. Great flavor, fast service and a chef that knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.

I loved everything I tried. The smash burger was incredible. The brisket is so juicy and smoked to perfection. Mouth watering goodness

Amazing food and service. Brisket was moist and portion sizes were great! The Philly is a special that I hope they include on their regular menu!

NewMex-A-Que is an instant hit! First the truck is super clean and looks very inviting. You're greeted by the guys and directed over to the menu with a variety of bbq options that range from classic combos to sandwiches, and even some taco options. So many wonderful options when you have a hankering for good bbq in a place that just doesn't have many options. I opted for the French Dip. The bun held it all together and had a nice toast on it while the meat was covered with melted cheese, onions and cilantro. Meat is smoked to perfection. Juicy and tender with a great season. The au jus has an NM flair with red Chile and is a great compliment to the sandwich. Chefs kiss! Order was taken quickly and efficiently. Payment is easy. Then your food comes to you all packaged nice and neat in to go boxes inside of a clean New-Mex-A-Que bag. Highly recommend!

Amazing......Find them and go! Brisket burger is the best I've ever had. .The two guys that work there are really great. Usually find them at Marbles brewery or at Bow and Arrow brewery.

Absolutely delicious! You will not be disappointed. Very tasty good quality food.One of the best I've had here in Albuquerque.
