Neighbors Westside Bar & Grill

Ordered mushrooms, came out burnt so we returned them. Ordered chips and cheese and they were sitting in grease. Ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings and on the edge of overcooked.Service great They need a new cook badly who knows how to run the deep fryer Great beer choices.

Great food! And so many options for beer or drinks. Really enjoyed my buffalo chicken sandwich and truffle fries. Others on my table got chicken wings, nachos and fish/chips. They all enjoyed but the fish/chips looked a little sad. They were more like 2 small fish sticks. I'd order something else! Would be a great spot for watching Lobo games etc. Our server was nice! Seems like a great "neighborhood" bar!

They have a huge variety of beers on tap and the service was amazing. Pickle fries are a must! However skip the Mac and cheese. Good place for drinks and appetizers.

Nice place we ate at for dinner. The burger was delicious and the service was great! We had kids with us too and the restaurant was family-friendly.

So we went once, moved their wings. Went back for their wings- just as delicious as we remembered but we were taken aback when we got out check- our beers were priced at 9 and 12 dollars each. Extensive beer menu but prices are not displayed, and we thought those were steep prices for beers.

Lots of beers on tap. NFL games were on. Server was not familiar with beers on tap, so he couldn't make any suggestions. Queso was ehhh. Burger was ok. I'd come back just to try the beers again.

After a long week, we decided to go check out this bar and grill because I had heard it had some good food. We got there and were told to sit anywhere. Shortly after, our server came to get drink orders. Within 3 minutes, he was back for food orders. We told him we were not quite ready yet and then he disappeared for the rest of the night. 20 minutes after our server vanished, we called one of the others servers over and explained the situation. She said she would find our server and never came back, nor did ours. We flagged down a third server who finally took our order. I ordered the Fish and Chips with Sweet Potato Fries. The fist was breaded well, but the first piece was mostly breading and very little fish. The second piece fell completely apart. The Sweet Potato fries were mostly soggy where they were clumped together, but the the few that were alone were crispy. We nearly walked out waiting for our server to ever appear,'or anyone to stop by. After the food was served, it was another 40 minutes before I flagged down a 4th person to cash us out.

We decided to revisit Neighbors bar and grill after several months, only to find that our usual server wasn't working and the management had changed. Unfortunately, the service we received from our server tonight left much to be desired. Despite requesting specific items, our order arrived incomplete, and there was a lack of attentiveness throughout our meal. The cheese wedges appetizer was the highlight of our meal, but the nachos were drowned in queso and green chile, with soggy, cold chips and unmelted cheese. Additionally, my fish and chips arrived with coleslaw despite my request for it to be omitted, and there was no side of ranch as requested. We expressed our dissatisfaction, yet were still charged for the entire meal. Regrettably, based on this experience, we won't be returning to this establishment.

Serena gets five stars! Genuinely friendly and wonderfully attentive.Massive chunks of turkey in the wrap, delicious! Need to come back and try one of their 500 beers on tap.
