The worst experience in my life. My girlfriend and I were looking for a special necklace. We asked the gentleman to take it out of the case. I was more interested with the necklace more than the pendant. When I told him I would come back with the pendent I wanted to use he told my girlfriend and I that We Were Rude and We Waisted His Time ! What? Do not give this gallery your time or money--so rude. I've never been treated like that in my life---what a terrible business for Old Town and New Mexico!

Taking the in-laws to Old Town when we decided to look for a Native American Wedding Vase. We'd been in Santa Fe the day before and we found a few that met our desires. Most shops that had the vases were offering them for half-price. I am always suspect when something with a subjective price is offered for 1/2 the marked price. Especially when it comes to Indian Pottery. Experience has taught me that it may not be such a great deal after all. Santa Fe is somewhat of a tourist trap. We start looking at various shops in Old Town and find more of the same "drastic" discounts. Then we walk into here. We found a base similar to what we had been looking at for about $100 less than the discounted price we were quoted earlier. We talked with the owner and he says that he prices his wares at reasonable prices and doesn't believe in marking things up and offering it for half price. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful.

Great selection of Native Pottery, fetishes, and jewelry. And the salesman there was very very helpful. Najeh spent a lot of time explaining all of the different kinds of native pottery and helping us to understand what might work for our home. He stayed open longer than his normal closing and offered what he called "wholesale prices". I assumed it was part of his Sales routine to say that but we went to several other similar shops and he did offer the lowest prices. The selection of items, the prices, and his sales help made this a great experience for us. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I sort of collect Native American jewelry. We have purchased all over the Southwest from the artists themselves, from specialty shops and the from the better rated pawn shops. Najeh presents a beautiful selection of work directly acquired from skilled artisans. After buying a lot of Native American jewelry over the years and looking at a whole lot more I feel confident in saying this is excellent quality. If you go to many nearby shops as you walk in the door someone will tell you "your discount". You always hear, "now you won't pay the marked price". Not with Najeh. His prices are fair and better than you will get after "your discount" at other shops. Compare this to prices in Santa Fe and Taos. I'm going to roughly say what you find with Najeh will be far far lower prices and far better quality. He knows the artists he deals with and can tell you about the artists and the pieces they made. He isn't pushy and just shows you things. My advice is that you look around and hear the pitches from others and then visit this gallery. Let some of this beautiful work speak to you and let yourself have a nearly emotional reaction to a piece or pieces and then buy and don't second guess or look back. Most recently, we wandered in when we were in town for a week for business and for our Anniversary. We asked him to hold a few items. We decided we were sold and came back as he closed. He spent a lot of time with us getting things just right. He then recommended a great dinner spot. We will be back to visit Najeh next time we are in town.

Horrible service. I walked in planning to buy several items for my family back at home and as soon as I walked in this grumpy old lady kicked us out and told us she needs to take her lunch and shut the door rough on our faces. She was not polite at all. They will treat you like garbage here. They don't care about their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I've shopped here for several years. They have the best jewelry and I have always been treated polite and with respect. The sales people take their time explaining about the fetishes and their meaning, the type of stones in the jewelry and can answer any question about the items they sell. It is also by far a beautiful shop along with beautiful jewelry, pottery and paintings. I would recommend shopping here.

The clerk here was unbelievably rude. We were shoved out the door right after my husband said something about me buying earrings. It was the afternoon and she randomly, incredibly rudely told us we needed to leave because she was closing. She snapped us until we walked out and then closed the door right behind us. A few minutes later, the door was open again and she was standing inside. Don't waste your time and money on store that treats customers this way. Buy at one of the other shops in Old Town, they treat their customers with respect.
