Always wonderful and very easy, fair prices and usually no wait. This is my go-to when I have to sell gold.

After researching SEVERAL "jewelry buyers" in Albuquerque and even going to online auction services (the latter being legalized theivery!), I found that National Jewelry Buyers were the highest payers in addition to be trustworthy, honest and respectful. I had some silver+ items I needed to purge myself of (read" ex-) and National Jewelry Buyers were THE BEST. I liked the fact that there was an armed guard there in addition to the staff not making me feel like some sort of a criminal or crack addict (no offense to those that are). The respect was there, start to finish, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. And I did my homework.....I took the same piece of jewelry to 8 other different organizations around Albuquerque and National Jewelry Buyers paid about 22% higher than anyone else. I am not related to any of the employees at NJB and this is a completely unbiased review. Being new to ABQ, this organization is truly my best find, to date.

Well I have never been to one of these places, but I looked it up and these seemed like a good choice. I came with two old gold bracelets: one was a charm bracelet from my granny .. I didn't realize it was worth so much... They gave me $1140 which I thought was amazing! That will last me a long time and I'm sure granny would be happy :).

They are nice and very honest with there price they make me feel welcomed when i come In. I would recommend all my family and friends to sell their jewelry here.

Me and my fiancé went to get are 5k of VVS diamonds which is a tennis bracelet & wanted to get it appraised since we saw that this buisness was advertising that they pay "TOP DOLLAR" for diamonds etc. he walked in and the lady who he walked up to for the appraise offered us 250$... we bought for 5000$ tennis bracelet 10 k white gold and 5 carrots of clarity VVS diamonds.. when the gold setting ITSELF is worth MORE than 300$.. I was really upset with the service and the way they treated my fiancé just for the simple fact he was a young colored man he was treated differently. If your gonna come here DONT they won't offer what your jewelry is worth & won't even give you a professional to talk to you. SUPER upset with the customer service.

Best service in town! I don't usually write reviews but the quality of service I received was so great that it demands one. The owners were so kind and didn't mind when I told them I wanted to compare prices. Of course they offered me the best price and service! Will definitely be back for all my future transactions!!

So i was watching TV and see the national jewelry buyers commercial pretty much talking bad about every other gold and silver buyer in town. The name is national "Jewelry Buyers" So i take my sterling silver bracelet with 17 semi precious stones. and as soon as i walk in the door I notice this place is just like every gold and silver buyer in town. A girl sitting at a small table in the back of a huge room. She gets my bracelet and scrapes it on a stone and says all i can give you is $5. I asked what about the stones she says we only buy diamonds. Hmmmmmm the name and commercial says National "jewelry Buyers". She says oh we only buy native jewelry. This place is just like every rinky dink Gold and silver buyer. Dont waste ur time.
