I went in to see about getting a septoplasty. The initial consultation went as expected and at the end they said they would call to schedule me for both a CT scan and an appointment to review the CT scan. I assumed they knew what they were doing and i assumed that would be professional but they weren't. They never scheduled my CT scan so there was no CT scan to review when it came time to review the scan. Oh well, it'll only take another 3 weeks to get the scan and then have it reviewed.When I went to have them review the scan that they eventually took there was a huge backup on the freeway (which you could see from their Louisiana office) and I ended up being 7 minutes late. Apparently this was too much for them so they made me wait an hour before I could be seen. The NP that finally saw me spent all of 5 minutes with me and assumed that highly deviated septum was fine as is and that if i needed it repaired then I was looking at a rhinoplasty. Nope.She then said they'd call to schedule surgery but 4 weeks later I'm still awaiting their call. Terrible.

This company should get a zero their office. Staff is absolutely incompetent. They're rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They don't know how to get procedures or visits authorized, and then they have the nerve to blame the patient and then build the patient for their error. They are the most irresponsible unprofessional, horrible people. If you have an appointment here turn around and run don't go save yourself. I highly do not ever recommend this place NATIONAL SINUS Institute.

Very unprofessional, unorganized and clueless clinic I have ever dealt with. When trying to reschedule my appointment I was given attitude when I asked the clerk if everything was alright she said no everything isn?t alright you think you?re the only customer here?. Then when I got my allergy test I asked if I could go to the Louisiana branch since it was closed for me the girl got offended and said yes but I can never go back to the academy one again? then I was scheduled for my appointment the provider was always 30-40 minutes late, which would make me later for work. Place was very unprofessional, unorganized and no one ever knew what was going on. I decided to take my care somewhere else and it?s still a headache dealing with these people. I sent a request to have all medical records to be sent before my new appt with the new clinic. It was never sent and the request was sent a week an advance. Again I got treated like crap no one was willing to help or seemed clueless and then when I was at the hospital and couldn't answer my phone I got a nasty voicemail from them. Done with this circus!

Dr. Alexander is an exceptional doctor! We were well taken care of, and he understood our problem with mold and fungal infection. This has been missed for so many years by other doctors. We feel very lucky and fortunate to be able to be treated with him and his staff is fantastic! Did I mention the lovely message chair in the lobby? ;-)

Referred through my medical insurance provider. Excellent experience. All the staff were nice and professional. I was seated on time and was tended to quickly. Seema is very skilled at what she does and my visit was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated with respect, kindness and excellent care. All of which were sorely lacking at my previous provider's office.

I obtained a referral from my Nurse Practitioner (Doctors are difficult to get in New Mexico because half the population is on Medicaid and Doctors don't get paid well by Medicaid) and contacted the National Sinus Inst. No one picked up, but answering machine came on and asked me to leave my name, dob, synopsis of problems and they would call me back in a few hours because they check their machine every few hours. Well, I waited 2 days and did not receive a callback. So, I called them. The receptionist was rude and I asked several questions. She either did not know the answers to my questions or was in a bad mood, but she hung up the phone on me. The next day I called back and a different girl answered the phone and asked to speak to the office manager. The office manager was at their other location and the receptionist provided that ph one number. I called, got another receptionist who advised me that the office manager, whose name was Robin was not in the office. She took my name and phone number and said she would get Robin to phone me. I never heard from Robin. Today, almost a month later, I received a phone call from the National Sinus Inst, a different young gal calling me to set up an appointment. I relayed my experience to her, she was apologetic. I said how did you get y name and number. She said from the referral that my Nurse Practitioner faxed to her office. I told her that was about a month ago. She agreed and stated the referral was dated 02/10/20. I asked if it was normal for it to take 3 weeks to call back. She said that she had had some issues and she took full responsibility for not calling me sooner. She was professional and friendly. I said that because of my previous negative interaction with her office I would not be coming there, but would seek medical attention elsewhere. I chose not to pay a facility to treat me disrespectfully and rudely. Although I asked several times, I still do not know what happened to my personal information I left on their answering machine. That is how identity theft starts. All the first receptionist would tell me is "I don't get the information off of the answering machine, someone else does. Thanks, but no Thanks!
