We enjoyed our dinner in the chomp food hall. My favorite was the turmeric noodles with shrimp and my husband loved his golden salmon dish. Unfortunately, the pad Thai was disappointingly sweet, but I think the worst thing was the vegetable spring roll. The spring rolls are measly portion and come with a watery dipping sauce and not the usual peanut sauce. You will most likely wait greater than 20 min after you order because it's just two ladies and in small space.

Nath herself is so sweet!! and her food is incredible. we shared the spring rolls, pad thai with tofu & steak dish. We were debating btwn beef and salmon and she let us try a piece of the beef before we committed. I appreciated how fresh and healthy her thai food was. Usually when we order thai take out, we know we will feel sluggish and thirsty. You could tell that Nath's ingredients were fresh and high quality from start to finish. The spring roll sauce was perfection - a light peanut sauce. The pad thai was perfectly balanced and fresh. We loved the side green tea salad - it was crisp and refreshing. The beef dish with pineapple was a nice counter to the pad thai and had an umami flavor. The beef was perfectly cooked.99% of her menu was gluten friendly (yay!). If you are planning to eat here, expect to wait. She cooks everything made to order. Call ahead if you can! We waited about 30 min and there were a ton of ppl, but worth it.

This establishment is located inside of the Chomp Food Hall and is only open Wednesday to Sunday. You can call ahead your order which I like to do if I'm in a hurry because everything is made to order by Chef Nath. She uses only fresh and organic ingredients and you can tell that she cooks with so much love and care for the food she serves! I've had Tom Yum and Pad Thai all over and this is the best place for these dishes in Santa Fe by far! The Tom yum soup is so flavorful and full of veggies, and the chicken in the pad Thai was so tender. I could eat here everyday! Ask for some hot sauce and she'll give you a little container of some really spicy thai chili concoction that will burn so be careful.

These women need to open their own full restaurant. The care with which they made each ingredient was awesome. Beautiful presentation, and each bite was delicious. One of the best salads I've ever had. We also had the turmeric noodles and pad Thai. Definitely recommend!

Visited Chef Nath's place this evening and I always get the Turmeric Noodles because they are delicious. Tonight I had the Green Curry with shrimp and it was an explosion of amazing flavors in my mouth. It was absolutely perfect. My partner had the Beef Lak Lak with brown jasmine rice and the flavor was just great. This is definitely the best Asian cuisine in town. Everything is made fresh to order with organic ingredients and truly made with love.

Five stars for the food, one question for the interior designer of this food hall: what was the approach around here, exactly? This place popped up as a hot & new find during my stop in Santa Fe in late August, and there was precisely zero signage, inside or out, just these colorless booths for the purveyors which -- this being the City Different -- included healthy foreign foodie forays. I had to Google Khmer -- hadn't heard of it -- to discover I was about to embark on some Cambodian tumeric noodles with chicken and "my hot sauce" dished up by the one and only Nath, herself.I took the goods to an outdoor concert with some friends. Everyone else ordered burritos and tacos from an unremarkable food truck, but me, I was That Guy. The guy with really good food. The guy who'd used his uppity app and went out of his way to find this invisible food hall where he scored some seriously unique eats, while all those other suckers settled for cheese and refried beans. Go Nath, it's your birthday, we're gonna party like it's your birthday.

Have been waiting to try Chef Nath's and oh boy what a treat! My partner and I were wanting a fresh and light lunch so we shared an order of Spring Rolls ($7) and the Beef Lok Lak ($30) with a side of white rice. Although a little pricey for our usual choice of eat out options we will definitely be saving this spot for important occasions and when we want something special. The food was enough to share and we left with happy bellies so that alone makes the price point feel more affordable. Presentation wise the food was just gorgeous with brilliant pops of color. The beef tenderloin in the Lok Lak was SO tender and flavorful. Loved all the variety of veggies. I will definitely be stopping in for an order of Spring Rolls to have as a light lunch just on their own. The rice paper had a great and easy to chew texture. Much thinner than most rice papers I've had on Spring Rolls in other places. Overall very impressed and wish this restaurant much good fortune and many thanks for the love they put into their food.

They do try in this restaurant. I took out pad Thai without any protein just to get an idea of how it taste. It was noodles and a little sauce. I wouldn't have guessed it was bad Thai. She did give us some almond. There was some carrots and cabbage, but I thought it was. It was so tasteless. I don't know why.

The food is really good, and Chef Nath is sweet- but it's next to impossible to order takeout. Countless times I've put together an order only to receive "not taking orders" when trying to pay. The phone number seems to be her personal cell phone and it's hit or miss whether she can answer it. Eating in Chomp leaves a lot to be desired, there are no exhaust fans and even though it's been a food hall for years now- it still feels weirdly haphazard. I would get food from Chef Nath much more often if I could order ahead of time for pickup. I hope someday she opens her own independent restaurant.
