The Boon Kettle on the stove

This is a review for Nambé Customer Service, which of course is part of Nambé Off The Historic Plaza. Wifey had purchased a beautiful stainless steel kettle, the Boon model, in January 2022. Well lo and behold, the La Cornue stove, with its intense Frenchie flame, literally melted the lid handle a few months later. We lived with it for a while, but it was a bit wonky to use, since the handle had melted in a "tilted shape" and the lid was awkward. In November, wifey sent a photo to Nambé Customer Service, inquiring if the lid could be replaced. Guess what - they replaced the entire kettle! Shoutout to Vicki who took care of it immediately, and within 4 days, we had a new beautiful Boon kettle on our stove again. Yay and thank you Nambé!

We purchased a large set of Pop stoneware at the Santa Fe Plaza location. After light use it's clear the Pop stoneware finish is bad and the plates will not hold up to use. After spending over $600 on 8 full place settings, a serving tray and fruit bowl we noticed the plates began to take on stains. Not just silverware stains, turmeric, dirt and food stains just clung to the finish. At first we rotated the settings but eventually they degraded too far and we boxed them up. After a trip back to SF in March we were told by the manager to bring them in for a full replacement. It took a few months but I was able to drive the full set down from Chicago for Thanksgiving. Only this time they wouldn't offer any replacement or remedy to the ugly look of the stoneware. Alicia, the store manager's response was that "her set looks like this too". Gross!!! who wants to eat food off of stained plates? They took two full days to get back to me and eventually I left the box of plates with them because I didn't want disgusting stained stoneware. This was a total waste of money and Nambe clearly has no integrity. Spend your money elsewhere. I only wish we had better pictures. We plan to leave reviews wherever the plates are sold to prevent other buyers from experiencing the same low grade product.

I expected this store to be off the chart expensive as it's downtown Santa Fe but was pleasantly surprised by reasonable prices, great sales, and top quality everything for dining and kitchen . The man whom I spoke with was so helpfulAnd courteous. This is my new favorite cooking store !

This is an amazing store. Nambe started in Sante Fe, so it is awesome to be in a home store, and an outlet no less. The place was filled with amazing pieces, some I had never seen. I own a decent amount of Nambe from wedding gifts. My favorite color is copper and I love the copper canyon and heritage bronze collections. I own nothing from these. I spotted some amazing pieces in this store: the picture frames, the 3-tier copper canyon server I really have been longing for, and a gorgeous heritage hanukiah.I was so ready to buy the 3 tier server. My husband handed me his credit card, offering a gift for our upcoming one year anniversary, and we skipped to the register to ask about it. First, my husband told the cashier we wanted to get the server. He acted confused, so I repeated it. He seemed to have no interest in listening to us. Finally, when I said it a third time, he said there were 2 different price points. It is originally $250 (and still is anywhere outside of this outlet store). He told us one is $100 and one is $150. I had only seen the $100 and asked what the difference is. He told us, "You have to inspect it yourself."He did not come out from behind his check out area and would not help us take the $150 one down, which was on a high shelf. My husband took it down and I did not see anything specific that made a $50 difference. The $100 one had a small scratch on the 2nd tier, but it was no big deal.I was more annoyed with the lack of service, and decided not to purchase. It is a shame, because the products here are truly beautiful and I was interested in many pieces which had good prices. I was quite turned off by the associate and did not want to waste anyone's time in my group to purchase here.

If you like Nambe, you'll be in heaven. I could have easily maxed out my credit cards. And everything in the store is discounted. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, answering an arcane question I posed without batting an eye. Bonus: the location is near many of the local tourist destinations visitors will want to stop at anyway.

I love this store, I visit whenever I am in Santa Fe. I just placed an order over the phone and it is so much a better deal than online. Dominique was awesome she was able to provide great information and make suggestions as well. I need some of this for this coming weekend and she made sure she would get it out today. Great place to shop in person or on the phone!

This store was my favorite location to shop at but not anymore Scott the new store manager and Tracy his boss are not good with customer service. They seemed to not be listening instead just trying to make a hard sell. Oh well I'll find another place to find gifts.

We came. We saw. We bought. A lot! I was looking for a specific item, and hoping it might be on sale. My husband, who has never been that in love with Nambe, at least not as much as I am, went NUTS in this shop! I got my teapot and we purchased many Christmas gifts for friends and family. Very helpful knowledgeable staff answered all our questions. LOVE IT! It's fortunate I don't live anywhere near here, or I'd be broke and everyone I know would have pieces from me! You can always find something in This place for yourself or for a nice gift.

I placed an order on December 5 for Christmas delivery as a gift. I was notified there would be a shipping delay, but it's January 8 and my friends never received it.
