Nambé At Paseo Crossing

Love this place, we always visit when we are in town. They greet us and are so helpful and friendly. We picked up some beautiful gifts this week and I'm sure we will stop in before we leave, eyeing some southwestern treats. Pictured, beautiful tribute for our cat lover friend back home.

I just read a negative review of this store, and had to wonder if we were thinking of the same business. I purchased flatware yesterday (two 44 piece sets) and two gorgeous rings. The service was kind and caring, all my questions were answered, and the personal attention and service were superior. I so loved the product, and the employees, that I just called and did an online purchase for more flatware. I will shop there more often, and put my house together with their gorgeous pieces.

What gifts to bring during the hottest days of summer from ABQ to folks who "have everything" in Shanghai? The answer is Nambe gifts. The website gives me a good idea of their product categories. After purchasing most gifts online, I didn't know there's a price difference till I got here. My budget to purchase 10 of the Amore mini bowl online went for 16 at the store with promotional discounts. The clerks were so helpful, picking perfect boxes and tying pretty silver ribbon bows, thoughtfully peeling a thin strip off the price tag. There's a big variety of beautiful products for everyday use and special occasions, I will be thinking of coming here next time for gift giving!

I dropped by for some wedding gift ideas. The staff was really attentive without being pushy. I like that a lot. Since it's national ice cream day they were giving away sundaes. They have so many beautiful things. I know I will be able to get the perfect gift for my friends.

I called and visited with Sam (manager) with a unique request . He was most helpful and assured me that even though he would not be in the store for the next two days that when I came in I would be taken care of.Fast forward two days.... dropped by the store, and indeed the staff knew what I was there for and were super friendly, courteous, and helpful........ I am looking forward to my next visit.You cannot find a better gift than NAMBE!!!

The worst customer service....wish I didn't buy anything..... no "can I help you"..no "thank you".. I had to ask for help and the sales clerk acted put out..... not going back even though I love their stuff..

Could use better training on how to provide customer service. The store wasn't even busy but the older woman working 12/23/24 couldn't be bothered. No eye contact. Walked away while talking. Appeared frustrated with my two simple questions. Thankfully the Nambé off Coors was able to help. Recommend going the extra distance to the Coors store.

Service at this store was great! It was my first visit to a Nambe store and the salesperson was very informative and friendly.

My family loves Nambe items and we are not only collectors, but we love to give these beautiful items as gifts. Well on Saturday, January 12th we decided to visit the Nambe Store on Paseo Del Norte. Not only were the two ladies in the store extremely rude they had gone outside to talk about us and laugh. The only reason I know this is they were not smart enough to close the door. Not sure why, we are fully capable of affording anything they have in the store. We did purchase a few items because the Nambe store in Santa Fe was out of that particular item. Can understand why the Santa Fe store would be out and the Albuquerque store not because the service in Santa Fe is 100% better. Advice to all, make the hour drive to the Nambe Store in Santa Fe, it's worth it to not be treated in this manner. Will NEVER go inside the Albuquerque Nambe store again.
