It saddens me to have to leave this review. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I was screwed over by the owner of this place and others should know to beware. He promised me cash for the albums I brought in but waited until AFTER I loaded 200+ vinyls and two cases of CDs into his store to tell me he didn't have the cash. I waited for almost 2 hours the next day for him at his store (during his alleged store hours and the agree upon time to meet there). When he did show he conveniently had failed to bring the keys to his store (and conveniently my $$ AND my records were locked inside). I do not live in Abq so my timeline was limited to pick up and I had to leave... which he also knew. I had no choice but to leave with nothing and now hundreds of dollars short of collectable vinyl. He promised to mail the money to me. That was four weeks ago. Really disappointed. To say the least. Could say more about that but not worth the ranting here. Suffice it to say, don't give this guy any of your stuff till he puts cash in your hand. While I was waiting in vain for him to show, I watched at least 10 potential customers come and go trying to get into his shop during "business hours." Some of whom said they had been by more than once and he's never there. So I wouldn't trust the posted store hours. It's a crapshoot if he'll actually be there. If this guy ever actually makes it right and sends my money, (like he promised profusely to me that he would!!!), I will happily update this review and give him back some stars. Not getting my hopes up....

This place opened with such high hopes but turned out to be 'pie in the sky' . The owner talked a good line about the future of the place, performances by local bands, out of town bands, DJ and Turntable nights, espresso/cappuccino bar, game tables in game room, clothing, smoking stuff, DJ gear, and LOTS of vinyl, New and used. Unfortunately I never daughter of the shows they DID have and I never got the chance to purchase any of the sweet vinyl had perused as it was quite overpriced compared to other stores in town. Then with little notice they moved FAR to the West Side. Far towards the end of Paradise Hills or near Too Rancho, methinks. Then I heard that it REALLY sucked at the WestSide locale. End of story.

I absolutely love this store. If your part of the few of us left that still think vinyl is king, then this is the place for you. They are super friendly and seem to truly care about what your looking for. They're prices are better than online and they will even put you on a list for specific records and call you when they find em. Bought a bunch from them and will continue to do it! Plus is local....This place rocks!!

The address listed is a resident. After looking through the pictures, I see the owner has health issues and is a veteran. As a veteran myself I hope things are going better for you. Get well.
