My Jeweler

I saw My Jeweler a couple weeks ago walking through the Hoffman Town shopping center and remembered I needed to replace my mom's watch battery! I made a pit stop on my next visit to the the nail shop. The jeweler (David) was very kind and so quick too! He greeted me as I came in and asked if I had a moment to spare to change the battery and before I knew it he was done! Couldn't ask for a more friendly and affordable place to take my watches that I cant do myself!

The guy working here is lazy. Came in to try to replace the battery on my watch and he said "new watches come out all the time." Didn't really seems like he wanted to help me. He was rude and not helpful at all. Didn't fix my watch and didn't even try to help me. Horrible service.

I had my wedding ring resized here some time back. From a 7 to an 8. It's a two piece wedding and engagement band, where the wedding band sits on top of the engagement. When they resized the engagement ring (I just found out) they did not use gold. When they resized the wedding band they did, but left it with a weird piece sharp piece on the side that I eventually had to break off after it scratched my newborn's face. I guess they fix watches well. But dont take your rings in to get fixed or they'll charge you the price for gold and give you junk scrap metal. Will not return.

I've been in here a few times for various repairs/resizing. They also have extensive knowledge of automatic watches. Always friendly and professional.

I love this jeweler! He's semi-retired and keeps the shop and does repairs for fun. Prices are good. He has integrity and does excellent work.

I admit I was a little nervous leaving my wedding ring to be repaired there. But the guy there knows his stuff and got it fixed up and cleaned in a matter of just a couple hours. And for a great price!! I was very happy with the work done on my ring and will definitely be coming back for future work on my jewelry. This place is a great find!!

This Jeweler is absolutely wonderful. From repairs to custom jewelry my experience here is always wonderful, and I know my items are being well taken care of. I've had several custom pieces made here and receive so many compliments on them, and I enjoy them every day. This store is a one stop for all my jewelry needs.
