We had an awesome experience with getting our son's learner's permit this afternoon. I called in advance to confirm what was needed and they took time to walk me through the process and asked if I would like to have them set up an appointment. We actually just did a standard walk-in and there was no wait. The staff, especially Derrek, were super friendly and helpful. They even celebrated this marked occasion with us! It was nice to feel like it was a big deal for our son! You aren't going to get that at the standard MVD! Just a heads up that it is less expensive to pay cash. I love that they ask if you are cool with your photo. I mean how many times have you had a bad driver's license photo that you were stuck with until you "lost it?" I would STRONGLY recommend this location. It might be a good idea to go during off hours so you don't get caught in a "queue" but that it with any business. We have used this location for our Real IDs, Registrations and now a Learners permit. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you!

The ladies were both super friendly and helpful. I went with my mom to help her get an ID and handicapped placard. They were patient while we filled the paperwork out and even asked her if she liked the photo! No one has ever offered to retake the picture if I didn't like it. I appreciate having a good experience. I will definitely go back there next time I need to renew!!

I hate that I can't do this review for the exact call center wherever that is because I called at 1:15 on a Monday and was on hold for 55 minutes without ever being contacted. I eventually hung up. This is the closest one to where I live so this is where I'm leaving this comment. Clearly they either are not staffed or do not take calls as a priority. There is a long wait time and then there is blatant disrespect to customers and feeling ignored is exactly that. Perhaps put in a system where they will hold your place in line and call when available or even just an estimate on wait time. Thank you for wasting 55 minutes of my time and I will take my business elsewhere. Even in the middle of the pandemic I would rather make an appointment 2 months out at the MVD then give these guys $26 for a "convenience" when they don't know how to answer a phone.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:45 and waited for over an hour past the scheduled time. Waited outside in the sun (93 degrees) with no communication from any of the 7 workers inside. I've done numerous double transfers, and single transfers here at this store, and I've never had better experiences at any other store. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and they give you the best bang for your buck! Great Value!

I made two appointments for this location. The first time I went in for my scheduled appointment, the camera was down. I was asked to come in a different day. I scheduled a second appointment (took the afternoon off from work for the appointment) and I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. I was advised they took a walk-in before me and they had another scheduled appointment after me. Again they could not accommodate, and they did not offer a solution. My question: why have an appointment system if you can honor. I went to their competitor, I walked-in, no wait, and received immediate service. In addition, other people walked in without a delay.My recommendation: get rid of scheduling so you don't waste the time of customers.

The process was fast, but the extra fee wasn't posted online or anywhere that I saw in the building. My biggest issue was when I walked in a few minutes before opening, none of the staff were wearing masks. I was asked to come back at 9 and when I was waiting, another employee walked in without a mask. A few minutes later I came in and they were all (the two I saw) properly masked. My issue is that putting a mask on after you come in isn't going to take away whatever you may have brought in with you. Poor practices. I'd rather save the $30 fee and just go to the DMV.
