Great people work here and i recommend doing your homework first by reading up on their website and making sure you bring what items they need to make your transaction a smooth one.New drivers license for me in 15 minutes because i read up on the website what was required and i made an appointment!Eezy peezy.

Nice and easy experience. Walked in a gentleman greeted me, I asked him a couple of questions and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

New to New Mexico. Went to change over my license. Javi was so helpful with my permanent residency card. And, of course Danielle who did all my paperwork. She said she was new. She was very patient & explained the entire process.Wish everything was as easy as this process.

Sloppy work. Lazy employees. Dont know all the rules and look for reasons to send you away. Wasted my time. Go elsewhere.

Express??? I was there for an hour and a half! Finally got my new car tag and plate but was unable to get my drivers license because they didn't explain on the phone I needed a copy of my social AND passport. It was the longest I've ever had to wait at a Dmv before.

This is the third time I have come to the MVD Express...I came to get my tags and everything went ok. I came back when they called and said my title had been received and I needed to come back to pick up my tags. I informed them I already have my DAV plates and they said to come in and bring my DD214. I asked why would I need to do that if I already sent them to Santa Fe...still need to bring it in. So, I come in with the DD214 and was asked why...lol. Then I was informed that I needed to show proof of insurance for December 2019. I was living in TN at that time...so I am back to provide proof of insurance so I can ensure my car is legal and the tag is not "suspended". So the whole process today has taken over an hour and even though I provided proof of insurance they said the State declined it and I still had to pay the reinstatement fee. The customer service person was very friendly and helpful.

I just went here to get my Drivers License, very straight forward and easy experience. I did not spend more than a hour and a half, each person I encountered here was very nice and helpful. Customer service was a 10/10! I road tested with a gentlemen named Javier, he was very calm and professional and made my experience quick and easy. I definitely recommend this location and will comeback here in the future!

I my side by side registered at this Mvd and I had asked them to put on road registration and off road registration as well. I showed up a month later because no plate came in. I asked at the Mvd what happened with my on road registration and they said they had never added the on road registration when I had originally registered it. I had to go all the way home just to get my receipt for proof that it was registered. They are not to well organized because when I showed up with my receipt it said otherwise. I had bought both in road and off road registration and they wanted to charge me for it again. Not the best experience I will say

Don't come here...The 1st time we came there we waited for almost an hour then when it's our turn they said their machine is not working. So we comeback and It called MVDExpress but it's NOT EXPRESS service it takes us almost 2 hrs which doesn't make sense coz there's no much people in Q. And their mode of payment of I used the card still need to pay addition charge .
