My daughter came her to get permit the lady who has short short hair that's gray asked her for important documents thinking that a 15 year old carry that's stuff with her on a daily basis i was at work she was with her dad I understand that you need that stuff but nobody told us need this stuff this lady ended up yelling at my poor child and my daughter said that she came out crying because how this lady was yelling at her all she wanted was her permit just like any teenager do not recommend this MVD they are rude when you first walk in

I went to this location of MVD Express and had a fantastic experience. I had to re register a car that was emissions tested out of state. Anthony gave me a pamphlet about where to get the out of state emissions report translated to the NM form. I emailed them the form and within one day I received the NM form. I just returned from MVD Express, again Anthony helped me, and I was out the door in 7 minutes with the renewed registration in hand. It was an awesome experience!

I had been coming here for years to do general things, renew registration, title changes on vehicles, etc. and the express fee to me was justified because I did get in and out quickly. But what bothers me more is how little you pay your workers. There have been times I walked out that door for a minimum of $60 and you can't pay more than $12 an hour? My feeling is simple :Yes you are a locally based business (or so I was told), and you have a decent product that rakes in money, that can't translate into even a $14 an hour starting pay? Just truly disheartening when I look at old receipts and seeing some of your locations floundering because there may be one or two people working. And that's why "nobody wants to work", no employers are willing to pay a wage competitive with rising housing and living costs. Then to hear about the toxic clique work environment and I think next time I need to update anything with my car I'll just bite the bullet and go to the regular MVD.

I used this service to renew my license. I thought it was a better option than waiting at the dmv. I was wrong. It's a ripoff and inconvenient.1. The service charge is ridiculous. It more than doubled the dmv cost.2. They void your license and give you a temp on black and white paper. No new license on the day.3. After paying the ridiculous fee, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for my new license to show up in my mailbox.Ridiculous!

Was told on the phone that if I got here by 3:30 they would see me and that I didn't need an appointment "They have to see you". Got here at 3:20. they said they stopped seeing walk ins at 3:15. why the misinformation and refusal to do what you promised two days ago. I was the ONLY one there.

Do not go to MVDExpress--they are NOT part of the state MVD. They charge you $40 extra for every transaction. They charged me a $40 convenience fee for my license and an $80 convenience fee for my title in addition to regular license and title fees (overall, they charged me more than 200$ connivance fees). Coming from another state, I did not know, but I made it my mission to spread the word to stop these people from scamming people. These people are nothing but incompetent. They forwarded my titles to my registered agent instead of processing them. They told me they did so because I didn't respond to them in their ten day window. I replied back with screenshots of two calls to them within their 10 day window. You know what would help, if they actually answered the phone! Montana needs to process the titles themselves. MVD is awful!
