MVD Express

Once again, I drove across town to Alameda MVD Express because it's worth the drive! Service is 5-star, and I can say that without any reservations. These ladies know what professional customer service is and that's what you'll get there.

Really. The staff here are patient and efficient. They really do not make the rules, they just enforce these guidelines. I applaud these individuals due to customers temperament when they enter the door. You do not need an appointment, that is part of the anxiety. Walk-ins welcome! Go online to make sure you have the necessary documents. This location did answer the phone when I called, minimal wait.

I think this is my second time coming here. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are all working hard to try and get everyone taken care of, but even still the wait here is really long. I don't really see what is "Express" about it. Considering that the state facilities aren't open on the weekends, and most people have to wait until Saturdays to come and get these things taken care of, you would think that they would better staff things here. It took about 2 hours total. Not as bad as the regular DMV, but still, paying the extra $30 hardly seems worth it to me. The staff was great though, and really did a great job.

Fast service took less than 15 minutes for REAL ID LICENSE, friendly workers ! And online "what's the wait time " indicator before you drive over!! No appointment just walk in....

Usually registering vehicles are a headache. Not this time! Esther went above and beyond to help me with my California to NM title transfer. She was friendly while being efficient at the same time. I had a 10:30 appointment and I was out of there by 11. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Very rude not helpful at all don't recommend at all if I'm paying for an extra service it should easily done not stressful and disrespected

This places sucks! No stars ... WORST SERVICE EVER those lady's that was working today were so rude and lazy. 03/31/23. I have seen better workers than that my own cousin is that lazy. Would not suggest of going back to that mvd express worst place you could go in Albuquerque and the prices to print one paper really!?? $60.00 really!?

Best service in town! Every time I have gone in the staff is efficient and over the top kind. They make it easy for you and are truly there to help provide services and support. I will never go anywhere but here!

Poor experience, overall. Made an appointment over a week in advance, took time off from work, and wasn't served for 35 minutes past my appointment. Lots of hidden, EXTRA "convenience" fees. Check your transaction super carefully because I left paying $75 more than my tax, title, and license fees. I tried to get some of these issues resolved with two managers, on several occasions, including making another appointment with the manager, only to be stood up. They seem more interested in covering themselves and providing excuses than in providing good customer service and complete transparency. Make sure you ask explicit questions regarding their fees, particularly around credit card use. They will bundle it into their "convenience fees". Use their services with eyes wide open.

My sister and I went in for separate things and luckily there was no wait time. I was able to get my registration renewed and my sister was able to get her driver's license. We were helped by Rebecca and the received nothing but a warm reception from her. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming, patient and kind. The whole staff there treated everyone they helped in a kind manner.
