Music Go Round

I'm so pleased with the help and knowledge that I receive every time I go in the door. I have been trying to build up a little music room for my three boys. This place makes it easier to get them the gear they want at a price I can afford. Thank you, music go round we are very grateful.

Broken Casio drum machine on display. Encoder (knob) not working. Two clerks reviewed the manual and tried to tell me it was working. When proven wrong one clerk rushed the machine to the back room. No apology, no nothing. Be sure to test gear thoroughly before you buy! ​

I am percussionist with decades of gigging experience. I am also a woman with gray hair. I currently own three drum kits, but I need a less expensive kit to leave indefinitely at a practice facility. I went to the Albuquerque location on a Saturday afternoon, only to be completely ignored by staff. The gender and age discrimination were blatant. The store missed out on a sure sale.

Good people. Ok selection. If you return brand new items, unopened, in their original sealed boxes, they still only give you store credit.

I purchased an instrument from this shop via their WWW store. There was a snafu in shipping, as there can sometimes be, however the store manager stepped up and took care of everything. So customer service is highly rated!The instrument came professionally packed using recyclable materials. I am very happy with the guitar and how it was described, so five stars!!!

I had a really weird experience. Just was there to spend my hard-earned money, was gawked at and stared at like a disease, then asked to give my id when I was just trying to purchase something......Weird vibes. Won't be back unless it's to return something. Didn't feel welcome, or cool enough . At all.

Arrived at the store on a Saturday morning and was greeted immediately by several of the staff including a man named Ty. I showed him a picture of the electric guitar that I was interested in, and he guided me to the location of the guitar. I requested to borrow a pick, tuner, and strap. There was no delay in meeting my request. While I was tuning the guitar the high E string broke. I was told it was not my fault and a new string was quickly installed by another staff member. I asked to hear the guitar through an amplifier. Although Ty was busy, right away he got me set up with an amplifier. I played the guitar and decided to buy it. They put the guitar on hold while I went home to get a guitar for trade-in. I returned. I was given a good price for the trade-in guitar. I ended up with a brand new black and gold ESP LTD-1000 DELUXE, B-stock guitar having all the factory tags and removable protective film on the components. I see no defects and it plays, looks, and sounds great. Overall, my experience with the staff, products, and prices at Albuquerque Music Go Round was very nice, actually, better than ever.
