Mulligan's Restaurant and Bar

In the Best Western Hotel, I'm usually suspicious of them but this looked pretty good. The Host and server staff were excellent, especially the two servers. Polite, professional and very friendly, the took our order quickly and brough drinks right out. The dining room was sparse but most of the tables were taken. There is a full bar, also with quick service. I ordered the Green Chili Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken and my Wife had the Fish and Chips. Standard fare but the green chili addition to a typical Italian meal was very good. The taste was a great combination of the rich alfredo sauce and the sharp bit of the Hatch green chilies. My only suggestion is dress the plate up a bit, it was very plain. The fish and chips were good, two large pieces of fish with crispy french fries. The fish was with an unusual breading that was really tasty. Worth a visit for sure.

The staff at Mulligans and Best Western are very nice, helpful and professional. Food is very good and reasonable. I'm not ashamed to say I like a big meal and like to get my monies worth. We've eaten here once for breakfast and twice for dinner. We will probably eat here again before we leave, mainly because I saw other dishes served that looked very appetizing.Definitely recommend and we will return when in the area. Burger and fish and chips were very good and filling.

This is our first time here and a first for me. I had fried okra as a side. It was delicious. I had the cowboy steak, broccoli and fried okra. My friend had the chicken fried steak. Both of our dishes were delicious. The service was very friendly. The next time I am in the area, I will definitely need to stop back in.

This was actually the best place to eat in town. I ate the fish and chips and the cowboy steak and they were both tasty and definitely a lot of food! Nothing fancy but the people were very nice and it's cozy on the inside. Loved the fireplace!

Had dinner with friends at Mulligan's while vacationing in NM. The food was good, the service was the best. My husband and I shared a fish and chips meal and the fish was so flaky and not greasy - yum! See ya again next year.

Stumbled into this place because of a storm. Pleasantly surprised they made the Tortilla chips fresh. The helpings were generous. The fish and chips was just okay but also fried cod in the middle of the desert...can't expect too much, it would have been better with some malt vinegar.

Chicken Fried Steak! Pasta Marinara! FRIED OKRA! You can find the NM-green chili anywhere, including here, but this hotel-adjunct restaurant was way above the average chain style motel fare. Worth a stop and on our list for the future. Surprised that the friendly staff gave some of the best service I've ever received. Didn't have to ask for (or wait for) any of the extras. Not a bad atmosphere for a hotel either. After a week in Raton on business, my fav!

We went to where the map sent us and it wasn't there. A Mexican restaurant in a gas station was there. Problem with Yelp?

Cleanest, nicest restaurant in that town. The only place in Raton I've found that would be suitable for a quiet date, very relaxing after being on the road or at work all day. Prices are reasonable. Food is prepared just right. Full-size servings, good for people who can take leftovers home. Decent beers on tap and a full bar. Great service on my most recent visit.They do close at 9 o'clock, which isn't great for us travelers who are on the road late. And they are not open for lunch. I wish they would fix their website to include their menu, any specials, and business hours.

It's more a Bar and Restaurant; the menu is limited and they were out of the two options we chose. Sides and salads are extra...we didn't stay so I don't know if the food was good or not.We won't go back because it wasn't what we were looking for and it was pricey for what they offered
