This attorney filed the wrong paperwork twice for a standard Contempt of Court motion in Family Court, which I only found out at the hearing. I was asked to complete motions and interrogatories but he didn't use them. He often said he would ask others for their opinion. Mine were standard, correct and relevant. Mr. Mueller refused to give me copies of all filed documents even with multiple requests and upon termination (that would no doubt reveal his sabotage) and refused to call any of the witnesses he had motioned for. Mr. Mueller was silent when asked questions by the hearing officer forcing me to answer the simple details of my case. One final invoice in 6 months using up every dime of my retainer. Case was strong and routine but he lacked due diligence throughout. No refund or apology for so many errors. A complete waste of time and good money. Mr. Mueller's work created only a mess that I had to undue on my own later, with embarrassment. Very dishonest, unprofessional and unethical attorney.
