I'm rushing in here to be the first to review so I can say "I told you so" when Jenny signs her first Food Network contract. Jenny bakes the very best treats. They happen to be gluten free and mostly vegan but I don't know how she does it, and you certainly can't tell the difference between these and gluten-full or dairy-full products. The amount of love and care she puts into every single thing she bakes is incredible. The poptarts, donuts, Oreos, muffins- I could go on but I won't. They are all MAGICAL. Please try anything from this bakery! It's a woman-owned small business that is taking ABQ by storm. A beautiful, delicious, magical storm.

A gluten free diet is hard to commit to, but Much Ado has helped make my lifestyle change easier than ever! I've been ordering weekly for the past 2 months, and I have enjoyed every single thing that I've ordered. Some of her stuff, like the cinnamon rolls and pop tarts, taste even better than the "regular" kind. I'm so grateful that we have such an amazing and dedicated gluten free baker in Albuquerque!

As a gluten free babe who loves her baked goods, Much Ado About Muffin is my true love, my soul mate, my landing in rough waters (imagine a safe harbor with muffins instead of sand). In all honesty, since finding out I have celiacs, I have missed coffee shop delights UNTIL Much Ado posted up in some of my favorite coffee shops in Albuquerque. My favorite items are the Streusel Blueberry Muffin and the amazing cinnamon rolls. Delicious, well-textured, and the flavor profile is on point -- 1000 gold stars for Much Ado About Muffin (and what a cute name?!). Can't wait to try more as the Gf empire expands.

We have been ordering from Much Ado for a few months now, and with 2 folks with celiac this bakery is such a blessing. Tonite's decadence was a cake for my daughter's birthday.

Much Ado's baked goods are amazing. Picking them up, and eating them fresh on Wednesday, is a highlight of the week. I am not gluten free or celiac, by my fiancé is. And I don't miss the gluten. At all. And her macaroons are the best I've ever had.
