My worst experience ever. These people are impatient, opinionated and totally disrespectful to customers. On my first visit he argued with me about the color I wanted to pick for my wedding tux. I thought the customer is always right. Since when did his opinion ever matter?This is my wedding, not his. I choose what to wear, not him. This is when i should have stopped dealing with them. But i wanted to be mr nice and give them a chance. Second visit he tried to convince me that an oversized waistcoat was fine until his boss intervened. It was making a big hole on the right chest that I could put my whole hand through it. And yet he kept insisting that it fits me just fine. Third visit he was the worst of them all. He was literally rushing me out of the store, would not let me learn how to adjust the pants or suspenders and he even ripped my wedding pants on the side in a hurried haste. He kept pulling my pants all the way up to the tummy to almost giving me a wedgie when i kept telling him that i wear my pants around the waist. He made me walk out of the closet with my shirt unbuttoned because he did not put the studs on and the high school prom kids were looking at me weird. Then on my wedding day the suspenders kept sliding off my shoulders, a bunch of threads were pulled right where the adjustment buckles for suspenders are, the shoes were bowing out and I could literally put all my four fingers on the sides of my feet, one of the cuff links unsnapped and went missing, and i swear i could feel holes around the top of the pants pockets. On my last visit I wanted to just return the tux without having another word with them and was glad the nightmare was over. I gave him the set and walked away. He had to tell me to wait until he checks everything in. I wanted to get outta there. I almost even did not get my deposit back because I wanted to be out of that store.I checked with my newly wedded wife and she said her father also felt they were rushing him too. She advised me to ask for a partial refund because the outfit malfuntioned. I declined and told her i just wont tip them and I have many grievances about them which I will bring here. I felt robbed, insulted, exploited and unappreciated by mr tux. I strongly do not recommend them. I am not a big complainer and I hate nitpicking. But they really ticked me off. They do a deservice to the wedding community. I'm totally disgusted with them. Sorry for the negative review but they deserve it. I am never taking it down. It's my only leverage to ensure that they are super nice to the next customer and provide exceptional service to the community.

Please just read this before going with them!(Just a background) We went in to rent suits for a wedding. We paid for all the suits same day with the wife who is a co-owner. She was knowledgeable and kind! Why we will not come back is because of the husband who is the other co-owner. Reason 1) we called to confirm a pick date and he answered rudely stating we called to early and he would get back to us which he never did. That was a pointless call... 2) We went in person to pick out shoes to rent. The guy helped us. We told him the style and size. With my own two eyes I watched him write the info down and he confirmed that it would be added to our order.2 days before the wedding the best man was picking up the suits the gentleman then stated they didn't have the shoe info. Then the gentleman blamed it on a coworker and then he called that coworker up in-front of the best man and then yelled and got mad at the coworker. Keep in mind we knew the gentleman messed up the order! What a joke!3) we got double charged! Yep, they write orders on paper they don't use electronics. Literally all it takes is FOR THEM TO LOOSE A PAPER and you'll get double charged like us! This was again 2 days before the wedding! The gentleman couldn't find a receipt so double charged us!4) After we returned the suits he gave us a refund but then again blamed everyone but him for the mistakes. Like dude we know u messed up the shoes and double charged us!! No one else did. Don't recommend!

Fantastic service they were able to get me a tux the day before a wedding, On very short notice. 10/10 with reasonable prices. Everyone else who got their suits elsewhere did not even have cufflinks.

If you enjoy overpaying and getting ripped off this is the place to come. We rented two suits for a wedding totaling over $350, brought my sons tieback that was damaged. 1 small toddler tie, nothing fancy a 40.00 charge. Nice customer service, nickel and dime your customers and then over inflate your cost for damaged items. I'm glad we had all our cufflinks, y'all must making killing off those. What are they 30$ a piece lol. I could have bought two tuxedos for what I paid for this rental. If you're considering Mr. tux for your next event I would strongly advise against it there are better choices in Albuquerque, I'll never come back here again.
