Mr. Eds Appliance

Very honest, reliable Company. They repaired a refrigerator for me but the repair failed. The owner, Mr. Ed, came to my home with the original repairman to see why there was still a problem. After working on it for 30 minutes they determined that there was a short in the system which was really not worth repairing. Mr. Ed wrote me a check, on the spot, for the cost of the original repair minus the service call! I find this an amazing resolution. Fair, honest, reliable and friendly! Can't recommended them more highly!

I contacted this business when I was having issues with my dishwasher not draining. When I told Mr. Ed I had recently had my garage disposal replaced he informed me that there is a plug in the disposal that must be removed which if it wasn't could cause my problem. He didn't have to give me that information. He could have just as well come to my house and charged me for something that literally took 5 minutes to fix. I am so grateful to Mr. Ed and appreciate him for giving me the solution at no charge. Although I did not use his services I would refer anyone to his business due to his honesty.

Left a message on Sunday afternoon and Mr. Ed himself was out the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything along with the cost before proceeding. Quick, thorough and not painful on the old wallet. Will definitely recommend Mr. Ed's to anyone that asks.
