I gotta tell you, this place is spectacular for service. I took my van in to fix a big ol dent in the back gate caused by the spare tire of someone who backed into me. They fixed it up right nice, even correcting the barely noticeable scratches on the bumper. My husband called them out for an "orange peel" texture, which they immediately offered to sand and repaint, but after comparing it to the factory paint on the top portion, husband eased up, satisfied that the work was appropriate.To boot, I noted some scratches on the hood, saying "I'm a little concerned about these cuz I honestly don't remember them being there." Without hesitation John offered to fix it for me free of charge. He said they could check the pictures to be sure (which they take from all angles for just this sort of circumstance I suppose). When he did, we noticed what looked very much like those scratches (tho it might've been a reflection). He didn't try to get or talk me out of it or anything, Just pointed it out to me and said he still wanted to fix it for me and to just bring it back after my road trip (I had a planned trip for the next day).Granted, the 4-5 day estimate turned into 9-10 days due to delays with delivery or some such. Perhaps that's why they were so generous with their time and resources in the end. And it was the insurance company paying for the repairs, so maybe that's why they were so meticulous in the work (to maintain their good standing and referral status with USAA). But either way, I'm supremely happy with the service and work done. It's four-not-five stars only because the real-time was twice what was estimated, which if I had to pay for my own rental would've bothered me tremendously. If you're not constrained by such a thing, I can feel perfectly confident in giving them a gleaming recommendation.

Dishonesty?! No such word at this place. OUTSTANDING Customer Service and they are very friendly and courteous all around. Took our Odyssey there for a repair after an accident, gave us information that we needed, and we were on our way. thanks Mr. B's!

Mr. B's is a great company with their focus on customer service along side their great work. They made me feel comfortable during the process and worked well with my insurance company. They even made sure that I was picked up by the rental car company! If you have any issues with your car this is the place to bring them. They are also very military friendly.

Don't even bother with this place . Went in to get an estimate: The prices are absolutely outrageous : so many better and cheaper body shops in Albuquerque : no exaggeration they will charge you triple for parts, $59+ / hr. For labor (but they're not paying their workers that much), and $1,000 for a $200 paint job : straight price gouging : horrible that businesses like this should prey on our community: every other body shop I've been to since has quoted me half their price.

We were stranded in Albuquerque after a hit and run driver smashed the side of our truck. You couldn't even open the front door, the tire had a hole in it, and the mirror was gone. Our insurance company sent us to Mr. B's. My husband was skeptical because he has always worked at a GM dealership. We were not at Mr. B's long before we realized the insurance company knew what they were talking about. The customer service was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone on the team was courteous and helpful. We were so pleased with Mr. B's service and highly recommend them.

Crooks. These people will not write an estimate unless they know who your insurer is. They won't write a self-pay estimate either. Something is fishy at this body shop.
