i had a horrible towing experience with these people. To make a long story short, avoid this place at all cost. I've left a Google review that explains it all. They will do anything they possibly can to squeeze another dime out of you. If it inconveniences you greatly, they don't care. If they tow you, they only accept cash. if you need to get your car towed to another location, make sure you arrive at the same time the tow truck does because the tow truck has to be there in order for them to release your car to you. This is because the tow Dept closes at 5:00. The business itself is open until 6:00 though. If the tow truck shows up one minute after 5:00, then they will keep your car and charge you for another day. In my case it was Friday and the tow truck couldn't get there until 5:30. I had to cancel my tow truck, find another ride down there on Monday from Albuquerque, and pay an extra $50.00 for them keeping my car over the weekend. When I called on Thursday about picking my car up the next day, none of this was explained to me. At 4:50 on Friday I asked if I could at least get my clothes out of the back of the car. I had just moved and most of my clothes were in my car still. The owner said no. I had to go without clean clothes all weekend. I called other tow places and was told I was over charged and treated unfairly. My radiator had exploded Wednesday night at Isleta casino. While I was inside arranging my roadside assistance tow, Isleta police had my car towed by these people because it wasn't in a very safe place. Fair enough. I tried to get my car on Friday but it didn't work with their schedule, even though they would have been sitting right there when my tow truck arrived. As it turns out, I didn't get my car back until Monday and was charged 356.00. They had to tow it a whole 9 miles. Avoid this place at all cost.

Excellent excellent customer service and expert repairs! We recently were driving though the area on a road trip when we experienced car troubles. The AAA towing service dropped us off at the Motor Car Mall and they went above and beyond to help us find a rental car (none were available in the local area) to continue our trip while they repaired our vehicle. They repaired our car on extremely short notice an had us back on the road in no time!

I am new to the state and now feel like this state has taken me to a 3rd world country instead. I am used to getting an estimate for services before working on my car--no such thing here. Then every request is an add on cost like tire rotation, even type of oil for LOF. I am used to having 3 different levels of service available, guy at the counter says they have the same, but does not explain it or show any proof of such a thing. Their service for LOF starts at $54, when I am used to it starting around $20. They don't offer much of anything with the LOF such as a safety inspection which comes standard in CA, the tire rotation usually comes with the standard LOF as well in CA. There is so much info on their digital sign above the desk that it is difficult to read. The floor once you walk in the front door looks like it has not been cleaned in at least a week. They could have at least picked up the empty plastic drink bottle on the floor under one of the very uncomfortable chairs. I was there at 9am, it could not have gotten dirty in less than an hour open for business. I had to pry pricing info out of them. I had stopped by earlier in the week to let them know I wanted windshield wipers as well, so they could order them, but no such initiative. I am still without my rear wiper that they supposedly ordered and would get in 24hrs. If they ordered it, or even got it they still have not let me know and it has been a week. Is there even any such thing as customer service or attention to detail any more? The service of LOF that they did do was less than an hour and the check out gal did give me a AAA discount. Very close to my house, but a great deal left to be desired as a top notch service place.
