Paid a $500 deposit to hold a trident 660 but they sold it right out from under me after being told it was there and causing me to expect that i could purchase in full in two days. Made the trip for nothing and the salesman Jesse acted like he didn't know what happened. Don't bother with them.

This place is new and cutting-edge very nice. You can come and see the newest and greatest in Triumph. Believe they have whatever bike tickles your fancy whether it is a road bike or Enduro.

Motopia serviced my Moto Guzzi for its break-in service. Excellent service and they sincerely earned every star. Great dealer with a positive attitude.

The new Triumph store is angled toward the motorcyclist. There's no pressure, they encourage people to hang around and chat bikes. The service department is excellent, and the owner does a lot of the wrenching himself to assure quality. The used bikes are reaspnably priced, and they've got the full line of new Triumps.Hoghly recommend.

I purchased a used BMW 650gs motorcycle from Motopia on 5/24/24 and drove it home. After a couple days it began stalling so I called Motopia, told them the problem and Bob said to take it to BMW dealer because they didn't have tools to fix BMW's. I dropped off the motorcycle at the BMW service dept. on 6/1 (where it stayed for a month) BMW couldn't figure out what is wrong with it so they charged me $700 to replace some parts. They want to charge me another $2000 for more parts that may or may not fix the problem. I called Motopia and talked to Jessie explained what's going on and asked if they can help with the repairs and he said it's my problem not theirs. I reported this to B.B.B. and Motopia's resolution was this:If Mr.***** can return the vehicle in the condition in which he received it we can discuss a remedy by either arranging a wholesale purchase of the motorcycle or trading it towards a newer unit with a warranty. So I went to return the motorcycle and Jessie gave me a low ball deal on the BMW and basically said I can't afford their newer units, now I'm stuck with a bike that doesn't run. It's sad that a business can take advantage of an elderly native-american man and smile at the same time.

Don't waste your time at this shop. If you bring anything in that's not brand new or high dollar they will hook you up with their "cross thread every bolt" special and will treat you as if you're not worth their time. If I could give them -5 stars I would. It's really sad, Triumph makes a great product, this shop makes the brand look bad.

I just had my Ducati 1199R at the shop for new shoes as well as clutch and brake service. Desert Desmo is part of the operation willing and able to take care of Ducatis as well.Love you guys!

I went in to have a tire installed on my 2018 BMW G310GS. I had bought the tire at another shop. The dealer where I bought the bike was booked up until the following week and I was able to get an appointment at this shop days earlier so I took it here. I was planning to just bring in the front wheel, but I decided to just take in the bike and pay the extra fee because I dont have the proper stand to safely remove the wheel from the bike at home. I checked the bike in a decided to wait. Within 10 minutes, they had the bike in their shop. I really appreciated the windows that let the customer see into the shop from the showroom. Its gives the good impression that they have nothing to hide. I was able to watch as the tech put my bike on the lift and remove the front wheel and change the tire. I looked around the well organized shop and almost drooled at the beautiful Triumphs that they have on display. One day I hope to own one, hopefully in the not too distant future. While looking at the gear and clothing, they had a disply that was marked down 30 % and I found a pair of Highway 21 gloves that I liked for only 23.95 ! The bike was finished within an hour after my arrival. The tech took my bike for a test ride and when he came back I was waiting for him in the parking lot. He told me that he had to tighten the shifter and that the back brake pedal felt spongy. I really appreciated the fact the he took the extra time to tighten the shifter and tell me about his impressions of the bike. I had noticed that he was adjusting or tightening something on the bike while he was working on it, but I was not sure what it was. He checked the chain and adjusted the air in the rear tire to match the front. All very professional. This was the best experience by far, that I have ever experienced at a motorcycle shop. I will go back again unless it is a warrenty issue which means that I would have to take the bike to the dealer where I bought it. I love the bikes, the shop looks great, and the staff is friendly. Now I can also recommend the service department. The only drawback was that I cant buy one of those bikes at this time.

This dealership is top notch. I recently had a problem with a new bike that I purchased from them. With a bad dealer it could have been a nightmare situation but with Triumph Albuquerque it was handled quickly and properly. The owner and staff were very clear that their focus was my happiness as a customer! They bent over backwards to make things right and I really appreciate it. I drive 3 hours each way to deal with these guys because I trust them. They are honest and provide excellent sales and service! Give them your business; you will be happy that you did!
